    D2D iphone scan location issues

Has anyone else been successful with the new iphone scan? I get an error every time - Location must match billing address. I went into the vudu web app and i had a PO box set for SHIPPING address but do not see a BILLING address. I then updated to my street address. when i hit the confirm button in the shipping address field, i receive an error "Oops! We couldn't verify your address." I have tried to enter my address in every way i.e. 111 Deer Drive, 111 Deer Dr, 111 Deer Drv. etc.

Billing address can be changed under "payment method"

I tried updating the billing address and again I get the "Oops! We couldn't verify your address" message. on the web i can select the option to "use this address anyway" but the mobile app does not appear to use the address if it can not be verified. my address resolves just fine in google and apple maps, but not in whatever database vudu is using. I do live in a remote area and we do not have mail service to our house. perhaps those of us that use PO boxes will not be able to use this service. BUMMER!

How about this one. I finally got it to scan my first one sitting in my office. I then tried to add a second and then got the error again, that address must match. I hadn't even moved an inch. How could I scan one, then not a second? I hope they fix this. I am trying to upload blu rays that I have, since I don't have a blurry drive on my mac or pc. This is extremely frustrating to say the least

I have never been able to use the scanner. I had trouble getting the VUDU app to enable the location feature, but even after that I can't get it to work. I tried to use this when it had the first movie scanned free promotion, but I always get an error and so I never got a free movie. I've submitted a ticket twice and didn't get help. Their suggestion was to uninstall and reinstall. Didn't change anything. The app either says "unknown error unable process the request please try again" or "disc not eligible". I'm disappointed in the feature, especially since I don't have a way to add blue ray movies. If you find out the solution, please let me know.
