Titles with UPC codes that work with mobile D2D.

So far, these are the titles I've had work scanning the UPC barcode. Your mileage may vary due to multiple releases:

    - 47 Ronin
    - Army of Darkness
    - Beetlejuice
    - Deep Blue Sea
    - Gladiator
    - It Follows
    - Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome
    - My Cousin Vinnie
    - Kung Fu Hustle
    - Purple Rain
    - Resident Evil: Apocalypse
    - Resident Evil: Extinction
    - Road Warrior
    - Shaun of the Dead
    - Speed
    - SPY
    - Terminator 2

Since there are multiple versions of many movies (with different UPC codes), perhaps keeping a list which includes the working version's UPC code would be helpful.

I don't have many movies that I haven't already converted (I have 6 that I needed to bring in to the store) -- and of those, only 1 was recognized by my phone. It is:

    BLOOD OUT - UPC 031398133872

            Ghost Rider
            Batman Begins normal regular edition
            The Dark Knight normal version

            Big trouble in little china
            Gremlins
            American pie wedding unrated version

Now some things people should know. SOme of the titles I scanned I did not get the unrated or R rated versions of the disc . Like Robin Hood prince of thieves extended edition, I get only the regular edition. American wedding I own the unrated bluray but I get the theater version, or Terminator 2 skeynet edition but instead i get the theater version when I scan. Would be nice if I can get the version I own on disc the same on D2D as well. Whats the point of D2D if I cant own the version i own on bluray.

Just going to put it out there, these lists of working upc titles is a lot shorter than the lists already being compiled of non working ones.

I had 2 titles that actually worked with mobile disc-to-digital that would not recognize in VuduToGo.

The Hobbit (The animated movie from 1977)
The Patriot - Extended Cut (It would only recognize as Theatrical in VuduToGo)

People are up to posting every title that works. I assure you, more work than don't work, and it's being updated a lot since yesterday. It's new, there will be issues, at least they are fixing them.

I sure hope you're right as my experience says otherwise; 5 have worked out of ~100.

I agree. I've had two work out of about 50 that I tried. And these are "legitimate" movies. How can a company launch a service like this without have so many more titles available? I'd be happy to scan in at least 50 of my movies and give Vudu their due money, but they don't seem to want my money. Oh well.
