I've scanned a few UPCs for Superman: The Movie in hopes of getting it to read as the special edition, which is also eligible. It read a couple for me, but the results were for the theatrical version.

Terminator, where do you see it listed? I don't think it's eligible. I don't think it was with the desktop app or in-store either, thought it was only for purchase or via InstaWatch?

Superman Special Edition bluray/dvd region 1 Vudu says it eligible but I find that both the Mobile and disc to digital cant read the blurays.

Only my dvd theater version of superman got me a digital (either mobile or disc method) only. The rest of the versions, the superman 8 disc bluray box set, single bluray dont work for mobile/disc to digital. Eh hopefully this will be fix. I I already have 2 versions of superamn 1 the movie on dvd and bluray.

None of the UPC's for The Animatrix work. I tried them all.

You are correct on Terminator, my mistake. I am still having issues though with Truman Show and Shrek, and Shrek 2. Not sure why they wont scan

my shrek 1 and 2 bluray/dvd combo pack works for mobile/disc to digital. However u get the regular shrek 1/2 version not the shrek 1 and 2 that comes with the extra bonus features that vudu offers. The extra stuff not given is pretty much whats on the BLuray or the special features your find on the bluray disc.

Hopefully they will get fixed as the discs don't work on the PC VuduToGo app either despite being eligible titles.

Do they post an update on what was fixed or just have to keep checking. I called in to customer service last week, who said they'd send it to their techs but doesn't seem to be fixed yet.
