      I've already reported

ghost in the shell # 013138309587
      fugitive special ed.# 883929330966
      clerks # 78693678913
      Chading Amy # 786936788945
      Watchman # 883929058051

Wirking on pictures and such of a lot more per request

There's a lot more. The Wedding Singer, which I'd already computer converted is the only upc that actually worked out of about 30. Either the UPC reading program is bad or their database makes Gracenote look competent.

You have to own the disc AND artwork, as the UPC you scan is on the back of your package. Otherwise you can't convert it. I usually find cheap DVDs at yard sales, flea markets.

I own the disc and artwork, it's just that it doesn't recognize the UPC.

And this is exactly why they should never have stopped doing it in store. They can't seem to write a program that works at home.

If the UPC isn't recognized, you'll have to wait until they add that UPC to their database. They have been adding some within the last day. I've got about 5 to work that didn't work yesterday, but do today.

I'm glad they stopped in-store, and just gives them more reason to fix their at-home app, otherwise they will be losing money. I know none of the Walmarts within a 60 mile radius from me even did in-store conversions. They had the signs up, but always had an excuse not to do them.
