Yup, that has been my experience. I'm not familiar with your sets, but if there are multiple movies on a single disc then the program may only recognize one of them. I have the Jaws 3-Movie Collection on DVD. Jaws 3 and Jaws: the Revenge are on the same disc, and it only recognized Jaws: the Revenge for conversion.

Correct, but those actually DO scan and work.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice 4K - 883929538454 redeems both theatrical and extended, a bundle set.

Man of Steel / Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (Ultimate Edition) Blu-ray - 883929550234 redeems both titles, a bundle set.

Also, at one point a VHS UPC was giving a positive reading, so take what you hear with a grain of salt.

Re: D2D ELIGIBLE TITLES - UPC MISSING OR NOT RECOGNIZED

Following movie seems to be associated with a different movie in M/D2D

Curve UPC 025192237836 seems to be scanning as The Boy Next Door, which is the title that is displayed when you search and click on "Curve" in Vudu M2D search screen -> https://www.vudu.com/in_mobile_disc_to_digital.html

May be someone can confirm this?

Re: D2D ELIGIBLE TITLES - UPC MISSING OR NOT RECOGNIZED

Thank you everyone for your help. My apologies for the continued delayed responses (I think my posts still need to be monitored before posting).

Anyway, I just ran into another problem.

I scanned my blu-ray Planet of the Apes UPC: 02454352716980
The scan was successful and I paid to redeem the title, but when I checked my VUDU library, I was provided with the 2001 remake of Planet of the Apes. Not the original 1968 film that I scan and own.

Is this something I should contact customer service about. Do they fix mapping problems like this? Ideally they could update my VUDU library with the correct film (I have no interest in watching the 2001 remake of Planet of the Apes).

Thank again for all your support and help!

they use to years ago, but again that was probably 3 or 4 years, I'd just send them pics of the discs, case explaining situation, then call them and tell them you did so with the ticket number, worst case they say no, but I know they did at one time back in the PC app day when there were issues and it was relatively new......and yes I'd call you don't call it literally could take a year before you got a reply back...........

It's worth a shot. I would call them, it would be a lot faster. However, when scanning the UPC, it shows the cover art for the remake and the year, you got the pay attention to those... it happened to me too. Only one UPC works for the original Apes title, all the rest either don't read or read as the 2001 version. Good luck.

Thanks for all the advice! Especially about giving them a call. I probably would have waited patiently for an e-mail response for quite a while....

Ya, I should have been paying closer attention to what cover art was popping up. I figured the cover art they were showing was just from a different release version or something - I didn't even know there was a 2001 remake for Planet of the Apes! haha

Well lesson learned. Will definitely be paying closer attention to year and title with future D2D conversions.

On the bright side, I did get the other four Ape films (original series) to redeem from the UPC scans. So it looks like they are improving? It was just the first title that gave me the 2001 version.

Their M2D can be tricky, and messy. I tried to convert a Power Rangers Megaforce DVD and instead of giving me the volume DVD like the rest in the set, it redeemed 1 30 minute episode from the complete series bundle... LOL!

Has anyone ever gotten a Sandlot to work (DVD or Blu-ray)? There seems to only have ever been two blu-ray's and neither work to be read or scanned. Really would love to see what UPC they have for these titles that doesn't seem to read for anyone.

Very glad I took in all my discs prior to the mobile app but unfortunately I got this disc right after (as well as Club Dredd which also shows as D2D but won't work).

Interesting. Thanks for replying as my searches on the title only revealed failure on it. Did you do the PC/Disc or phone/UPC? Perhaps they didn't input blu-ray upc's for some reason even though they show as eligible.

There's hundreds of UPCs for DVDs and Blu-rays Vudu has not linked up with actual titles...

For D2D this title redeems with the option of $2 for SD and $5 for HDX. Shouldn't he only option be $2 for HD to HD since I have the Blu-Ray? The App seems to think that I own the DVD and not the Blu-Ray.

I've had a trouble ticket out against this since May 2017. Transformers (the first one) as well as Batman 1989, Batman Returns, Batman Forever, Batman and Robin also exhibit this behavior.
