    Mobile D2D: Sorry your address was not determined correctly.Please try again later

    I keep getting the abovr message when I try to D2D from my home address (and my billing address). I live in a condo building. Could that affect the location/gps finder? I tried removing my apartment number on my account, but that didn't work either.

    I had the same problem. Change your address in the phone app and then use whatever is suggests. I had to change the South in my address to S before it would work.

      I had to walk across to the other side of my street and scan my disc under a streetlight to get that message to go away. Now I get a different error, though, but I suspect it has something to do with having movies in queue for conversion in the PC version of VUDUToGo.

        This was MY fix. I live in a house that's been split into separate units (A, B, C, D) I always put 39A **xxxx*** St...... I got the same error as you. I took the "A" out of the first address line and did "Apt A" in the second address line and that fixed it!!!

          I'm having a similar issue, though I believe it may have been because my old credit card info was for my old address (I moved a month ago). I've updated all my info, and logged out and back into the mobile device, still not seeing me ah home. Do I have to wait for a certain amount of time to pass? Is my account blocked?

            Yep, having the same problem over here. Doesn't matter what address I use. It won't work. This is very frustrating.

              Have you tried tinkering with your location settings? Or turning off wifi, so that it's not used as part of the location services? I know my Android phone has three "levels" of location settings, with differing levels of accuracy.

                I am getting this same error, I have tried everything, the thing that ****es me off the most is that Vudu App using GPS determined my address, and yet still issue with it, I emailed support not sure how good that will do.

                The whole GPS thing they are doing is ridiculous, if your scanning a movie and your address matches on the account and on Walmart. com, and the pay information matches and it is going to your account that should be more than enough verification.

                    I have had this same problem. I emailed support almost a month ago. They finally answered with instructions to uninstall, empty cache, and reinstall. If that did not work, which it DID NOT to reply to them with specifics on my android phone. such as android type, memory etc. I did that over 2 weeks ago and have heard back nothing since. I have emailed twice asking them do you have an answer? And they are now IGNORING ME! I do not know what to do now.

                      I had same issue. Camera would just keep zooming in and out on barcode and not do anything. Only one movie scanned and said it couldn't determine my address. I did couple things to solve issue. I went to google maps on my phone and calibrated the GPS and looked to see exactly how it was showing my address. Exmpl: 1234 10 Ave was how I had it in my billing. Google had Avenue showed spelled out. Then I went to my VUDU account and removed my paypal and put in a credit card and put my address in exactly how it appeared on google maps.I left my apartment number off. I restarted the VUDU app and suddenly everything was scanning. Hope this helps some of you.
