I'm experiencing the same Error Creating Cart issue. I'm new to Vudu and am hoping to convert my entire DVD movie library to HD. I wasn't aware of the 100 title per year limit until I reached more than 70 scans using my iPhone. I had a couple of times where my cart would freeze and had to call tech support to fix that issue. I've been attempting to use both my Mac and Windows computers to complete the job using Disk to Digital and haven't been able to add a single title using this method. I've called tech support five times and each time the error has been verified and told my case is being escalated. So far, no resolution and no response. On the Windows computer, I tried the suggestions in this thread and still the same result. The most recent customer service rep was the most helpful and stayed on the phone for more than an hour attempting to find a solution with her supervisor. I'm hoping to have this working using a current Mac Book Pro using a USB-C outboard DVD drive. Any suggestions are welcomed.

I believe for all of us that have these issues "Can't Create Cart" and Can't Add to Cart" (because we formerly scanned M2D and won"t D2D now), it will be sorta better in a few weeks as it will be a new year with a new 100 limit. Until then, I doubt there will be any resolution.

My original ticket placed in May 2017. Now Dec 2017. I have also called and had great help to try to solve the issue, but still not solved.

So, are you saying that if we initially scanned the barcodes, it won't let us do the D2D?

That is the issue many of us are experiencing. Fortunately it is rumored that VUDU will be resetting all of it the first of the year. Many of us have been locked out since as early as April and May.

Well, the mobile app is currently working but the vudu to go desktop app is still giving the error message. So the reset did nothing to help that (unless you want to use up your 100 limit quickly again). And I've been working with support for months and so far they seem to have no idea what is wrong.

I plan to only use M2D as a last resort. Unfortunately I scanned a bunch of discs in M2D last year to see if they qualifed and should have used the VUDU website search. This has locked me out of all those titles since May 2017. I had hoped when the 100 limit was reset for 2018 those would work in D2D. No such luck yet. I know M2D works as I did use 2 of my 100 in M2D as either my drive or D2D would not read the discs.

It's almost a year later and I'm having this problem. Did anyone come up with a solution? In D2D on my mac when I try to add only specific discs I get the error adding to cart message for
                BluRay:
                The Matrix
                Apocalypse Now (theatrical)
                Taxi Driver

I've had a support ticket since May 2017 myself.

I periodically try it and still same issue.

I've called for an update and simply told it is with engineering.

I haven't given up yet but it for sure isn't fixed.

I want to use D2D as first try and M2D only if there is a D2D issue.

FelipeF...if at all possible...could you take a look at my cart and see if there's any titles that needs to be removed please. Unable to use D2D for quite some time now and MD2D is a hit or miss. I have quite a few titles i'd like to finish converting but with no luck. Same email address as with here, this would be helpful and greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

                                Felipe,

Could you please take a look at my case #180320-000465. I am having the same issues as posted here. Some titles that were originally scanned on the M2D but not purchased are not adding to the cart for D2D. Is it as simple as clearing my cart or is it a bigger issue?

                                Thanks!
                                TJ
