Sorry for the delay, are you able to access your cart and modify it? If so, try removing The Wolf Man and see if you can complete the conversion process.

      Felipe,

Could you please take a look at my case #180320-000465. I am having the same issues as posted here. Some titles that were originally scanned on the M2D but not purchased are not adding to the cart for D2D. Is it as simple as clearing my cart or is it a bigger issue?

      Thanks!
      TJ

Thanks for the reply...didn't see The Wolf Man in the cart after getting 1 DVD to recognize finally and added to cart. If you can see it on your end, it would be greatly appreciated if it can be removed. Thanks again!

          Hi Felipe,

I do not have Cabaret or The Untouchables in my cart D2D cart. I only have one title, The Day After Tomorrow in my cart. The titles that will not convert were previouslt scan on the M2D application but not purchased. When I try to add them to my D2D cart they are recognized as legitimate titles but when selecting the HDX or SD the message "Error adding to cart, please try again." occurs. All of this is documented with photos in my Vudu support case #180320-000465.

          Thanks for your continued assistance!

          TJ

I am having this issue with my VuduToGo Windows PC app. The current culprit is "Australia". App recognizes it correctly, but then when I go to add it I get the error "Error can't add to cart, please try again later." Thank you for any help you can provide.

Still having the error adding/error creating issue. Had a ticket in but after a while, customer service just stopped responding. Only on previously scanned but not bought titles. Filled my M2D 100 limit already. Unless someone knows something looks like I'm screwed for the rest of the year...

My issue was last year (including my original ticket on the issue). I had hoped when the limit refreshed at the beginning of the year this issue would correct itself. Well I still have the issue. My next hope is that it begins to work after 1 year from original scan. That will be Memorial Weekend. If it doesn't work at that time, then my only hope will be that VUDU finally finds a fix....

Well the year has passed since I originally scanned the titles with M2D. These title will not load via D2D. I truly hate to use up my M2D limit on titles that could work via D2D. Has there been any headway on fixing this issue?

Same issue here five minutes ago, and not just with titles I've scanned using Mobile D2D.

Has there been any progress on discovering the issue? For me the issues with "Error Creating Cart" & "Error Can't Add To Cart" Messages with in-home windows D2D is titles that I originally scanned with M2D to check eligibility after hitting the M2D 100 limit May 2017.

I still can only convert those titles if I use M2D. I would rather D2D and leave the remainder of my 100 M2D limit for titles that actually will not work with D2D (not these which would work had I not previously scanned them).

                        Hello,

I've been trying to get resolution on several issues of a similar nature. I to have a ticket in which has been escalated to engineering. After reviewing this thread, I fear that it could a be a year or more until I receive resolution on my issues. Felipe - Are you able to help me? My most pressing issue that I'm receiving "error creating cart" message through the Vudu program on my computer. I've updated Adobe Flash Player, Adobe Air, and have deleted and reinstalled the Vudu program several times. Someone please help!

I am getting same error. I was attempting to redeem all three of the Austin powers blu ray movies, but the app recognized them as DVD because it wanted to charge $5 for each movie. So then I tried windows vudu to go. It correctly recognized them as HDX and showed $2. But when I try to add it to my cart it says "error creating cart"

Same issue, worked fine for about a month. Then one day I wanted to move a disc over while standing in my bedroom and Vudu had the nerve to say I wasn't at home. It hasn't worked since. I have emailed to customer service and no reply on how to fix.
