    I?ve a similar issue it?s D+D purchased which always worked with my office address. Once the new D to D launched the D+D only works with my home address.

    I?ve open and had closed multiple tickets to no resultion.
    Changed payment cards and types.
    Tried various alternative ways of writing address.

    Been dealing with it months and there is no resolution.

    STUPIDLY D+D only works with billing address. Which bad when my porch is cleanly visible from street.

    I had NO issue with shipping address not being billing address for years until this new D+D.

    My number one gripe with nothing expected to change from Vudu.

      What is going on with this? I've never had this issue until about a week ago, I believe with the latest update. Always worked fine. Now I scan 2 or 3 titles, and then it starts saying I must be at my billing address. I wait about an hour, and it's back to normal. Start scanning again, and after scanning a few titles, it says I need to be at my billing location again, even though my phone has not moved off my desk since I originally started scanning...

        This may seem so minor, but this is how I got it to work:

        My account on Vudu was set up with name as "John Smith" and my address as "123 Main St." But when I checked the statement of the credit card attached to my VUDO account, it was set up as "JOHN A SMITH, 123 MAIN ST." So apparently it has to match EXACTLY, meaning set up your VUDO account with all caps, or however it prints on your credit card statement. After I did this, BOOM!, Disc to Digital worked.

          Adding the 4 digits on the end of the zip code, just worked for my brother. We tried EVERYTHING. We put it in like this ?xxxxx-xxxx?.

            Thanks... it finally worked for me when I updated my payment info to match my card exactly, including all caps, middle initial, and zip+4. It seems ridiculous that this is necessary, but thanks for the tips! I was converting A Christmas Story, so you guys helped save Christmas!!

              This pop up has finally hit me. I can't convert anything, says I'm not at my billing address, though I am, and it has always worked before, now this...

                You can also try clearing your cache and data in the vudu app and then relaunch vudu app. Thats how i got mine workin .

                  This! I have been having this problem forever with my Android app. Go into your app settings and clear your cache and data associated with it. You will need to log back in, and re-allow the use of location and camera, and boom.

                      I just moved, and don't use Paypal.

                      I can change the zip code on my card, but there is nothing I can find in any of the account settings that even show my old address, let alone let me enter the new one.

                        Recently moved from Colorado to NJ and having the same exact issue. There isn't even a spot in my VUDU account settings to INSERT my address. I do not understand what is going on, even after reading all of the above.

                          Vudu uses your payment method billing address as your location. All of you addresses and devices must match. If something does not match then you have location issues
                          1. Turn on the location on all of you devices.
                          2. Try changing address on credit cards billing and location. I personally use pay pal so my address is always current because I can always up date it. The thing with credit cards is they only up date your billing address not your location address. Also up date you address connected to your E-Mail.
                          3. Try up dating your cell phone billing and calling address. I moved from Arkansas to Ohio changed address on everything and got a local cell number then every issue solved it self.
                          4. Try cleaning up your cache and data on your devices they hold cookies files from previous addresses and locations.
                          5. If non of this helps I do not know what to tell you

                            I also had the "Location must match billing address" issue on my Samsung S22 phone and tried all of the above suggested fixes--none of which worked. I was finally able to successfully complete a Disk to Digital purchase by changing my phone's default internet browser from Chrome to Samsung Internet (go to: Settings | Apps | Choose default apps | Browser app). It seems the Vudu app works with the phone's internet browser to do Disk to Disk purchases and Chrome may not be compatible with this process, even though it has Location access allowed for Vudu.

                              I tried the solution for the Galaxy S22 by changing the browser but it didn't work for me; still says location doesn't match billing address. After several "do-loops" with customer support trying to get this remedied, I'm convinced they don't know how to fix it and it's a lost cause.

                                when d2d switched to being an online feature, i had the same issue. instead of using google chrome browser, i switched to the samsung browser on my phone and it worked.i would suggest trying a non-google browser.
