Error Creating Cart / Waiting for Disc...

I experienced the "Error Creating Cart..." issue when trying to convert Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I've called the support, and have had my cart reset, but it didn't fix the problem. I thought it was possibly a software issue, so I've uninstalled and reinstalled Vudu to Go. Now when I use the program, It sits on the "Waiting for disc..." window indefinitely. I've left it up for an hour with no change.

I checked your cart and didn't see any issues from my end. Can you try again?

I just added Anna and the King - DVD, and it worked fine. I tried Girl Next Door Unrated - BluRay after that, and it gave me the error adding to the cart prompt. It seems to be sporadic.

Could this be related to the issue of scanning first with mobile as many of us experienced or are still experiencing?

I am also having an issue where I receive the message ?Error creating cart, please try again.? I am using VUDU To Go desktop software on my Windows 10 PC because I?ve used the 100 movies available in the mobile app. The Blu-ray is recognized, I select Own HDX $2.00 and then get the error.

If you add a movie using the mobile app, but perhaps do not purchase it for whatever reason. When you then try later adding the movie using the VUDU To Go software you will get the "Error Creating Cart" message.

It's a known bug. I have had a support ticket for it since May with no resolution.

I was getting an Error like this both with mobile D2D and PC D2D.

It turns out that the error was caused by my credit card showing an expiration date in 2015.

I've made dozens of Vudu transactions since 2015, so I'm not sure why this just started happening recently. However, updating the expiration date fixed the issue with both D2D platforms.

I have had issues trying to add Corpse Bride using my Vudu to Go account like others are reporting with some movies. I believe it is due to scanning the barcode to my DVD version a while back but not purchasing since I found my blu ray disk. I also submitted an email to support days ago but have not received a reply. Is there a way to clear out my cart?

While they can "clear" your cart, that will not fix the issue. Unfortunately, we all have to wait till the 100 limit is reset at the beginning of the year.
