After registration my digital copy of pre release movie is not accessible

I purchased the in store pre order verson of lone survivor which is said to include viewing from vudu's website until release of disc. I went through the hassel of creating accounts with vudu and ultraviolet, that I did not want to create, which I was prompted to do upon the original entry of promo code for redemption of digital copy. After creating both accounts every time I enter my promo code to redeem said purchased digital copy, I am prompted that the code is invalid. The code is not invalid, every procedure was properly executed, my account shows the copy is there, there is no other way to navigate to the copy, this website shows no contact number for customer support to resolve this issue. I am outraged! If this issue is not resolved immediately, and I mean IMMEDIATELY, I will proceed to flood every viral outlet of review and public analysis for this websites procedure and customer satisfaction with negative review. This is a terrible way to make an impression for prospective future business with and already skeptical customer.

If you didn't want to create a vudu or uv account, why did you buy the vudu pre-order?

Also, this has already been discussed on here. The Lone Survivor doesn't have a digital release date yet but you'll be able to watch it on vudu probably 2 weeks before the dvd is mailed to you.

Why don't you contact support directly via phone or email instead of ranting on this forum? Plus, I don't think "flooding" the internet with your ranting will do any good either. Just saying...

I would not have made the purchase had I known a payment method had to be in place considering the purchase is made outside of the website. A free digital copy, as advertised, should not require a payment method for registration.

Thats a great idea! How about you consider, just momentarily, that I may have already called the support number (which goes directly to automated message service) or also that mabye I submitted an email pertaining to this matter (and have received no response or explanation). I could care less for you criticism, the purpose of this post is to get more direct and prompt attention from the support department. If the digital version has yet to be released, the message should simply state that instead, the message specifically says "promotion code is invalid."

            Perhaps you called off hours?

The few times I have called the Vudu Support number, I reached someone right away, and they were very helpful.
