I can't log in to Vudu to go using my Wal-mart.com account.

The problem may be that I created an account using my email through Facebook a while back. I completely forgot that I created that account. Recently I made an account using my Wal-mart account which has the same email address. All of my purchases are on that account. To even log into Vudu on the PC I have to click a tiny sign in button below the main Facebook sign in area. However, there is no button on Vudu to go. I try to sign in using my Wal-mart account and it simply won't do it.

I did open a ticket and asked if there was a way to merge my accounts or simply delete one, but I wanted people's thoughts on here. Is there a way to log in that I'm just not seeing? I tried searching for this answer but only found threads where others complain that their Wal-mart.com login doesn't work, with no helpful answers. Thanks!

When you're on the Sign-In page, you should see "Log in with a Walmart.com Account" at the bottom. Give that try, otherwise give support a call at (888)554-8838 and reference the case you created. They should be able to get you squared away

There is no button to log in using a Wal-mart account. I just called CS and had my accounts merged and it works fine now. Thanks!

There is a button to log in using a Walmart ID. It takes you to the following page:

Sign in using your Walmart.com account or Create a new account:

        https://www.walmart.com/subflow/Your...login/start.do

FYI, This link does not show up the first time it is run after installation. Close the application and re-open it. Then when you go to sign-in it should be a link below the "submit" button on the sign-in page. If not there, put something bogus in and submit, then click the "try again". That should force it to show up. Hope this helps.
