I see this movie available on my UV account and in VUDU. Is it the 3D version you're having trouble with?

Also curious to know if Smurfs is in HDX as all my Warner and Universal Ultraviolet movies are in SD on Vudu (even though redeemed from Blu-rays).

I didn't use the D2D service to get my copy. I bought the HDX version on VUDU, and at that point it was linked across my accounts. The Smurfs is available in HDX on VUDU. Does your receipt show the quality it was redeemed in?

I don't believe he got it on D2D either. The issues we are having is with movies we previously bought/redeemed on UV that are missing after linking our UV account with Vudu.

I have various movies missing from my collection even though the site states the movies are UV compatible (I looked them up individually to check). Also, Monty Python is only available in SD even though I purchased the Blu-ray and the HD version is available on Sony's UV site.

Maybe Vudu doesn't have Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1 because when I do a search for Harry Potter, all of them come up except this one? This could be why it's not showing up on "My Movies" list from UV?

Re: My UV movie doesn't show up...

My movies aren't showing up after I synced my UV and Vudu. I had purchased these movies on Blu-ray and redeemed them on UV, but they did not transfer to Vudu.

                        These are the movies:

                        -Cowboys & Aliens
                        -Drive
                        -Friends with Benenfits
                        -Green Lantern: Emerald Knights
                        -Happy Feet 2
                        -Ides of March
                        -J. Edgar
                        -Moneyball
                        -Smurfs

I have submitted a ticket, but the customer service representative was not very knowledgable.

They seem to have corrected this. All my movies, including the ones not part of the disc to digital program are now showing up.

Good catch. Mine show up, but when I go to any of their individual pages, it doesn't recognize that I own it there. Hopefully, this will be fixed soon too (they hadn't responded to my ticket saying they were done, so we'll see).

                              EDIT: Nevermind. Already fixed.
