    Default UltraViolet? Account link is invalid

    I have 2 VUDU accounts linked to the same UltraViolet account. The FAQ says this is allowed. If I log in to one account I find that I have to relink to UltraViolet. Then when I log into the other account, the link is now broken there. Re-linking there starts the cycle again. Anybody have any experience making this work?

    You should be able to do this; please give one of our customer care agents a call at (888)554-VUDU. We'd like to take a better look at this issue.

    There can only be one valid link to a given Ultraviolet *user*. Please try the following:

    * Log into your account at uvvu.com and create a second user.

    * Link to the second user from your second VUDU account.
