    Items removed from D2D list?

It seems like all Marvel "Avengers prequels" (Iron Man movies, Captain America, and Thor) have all vanished from the D2D. I don't know when they got removed, but there were all on there my first D2D trip on launch day, when I upgraded Iron Man 1. While Marvel is owned by Disney, those films were distributed by Paramount. I assume either Marvel/Disney changed their minds or didn't know Paramount put those movies were on the list to begin with.

But the real question for Vudu is if everything is really cleared in advance to appear on D2D list, why would any individual titles be removed from it at all?

Holy crap I am glad I did all my Marvel movies last week! Taking movies from the list is something I was afraid of. I really need to do the rest of my titles ASAP in case any of those go away.

I'm glad those 4 were done in my original D2D trips. I think Iron Man 2 was the last one I did. Looks like the Hulk movies are all still there though.

Yeah. The non-Paramount Marvel movies seem to all be there (if they were there to begin with). Hulk is Universal.

Since all my D2D trips so far have been only upgrading DVD's, Iron Man 1 is the only one I had in that category. I definitely would have converted the other 3 when I started on my Blu-rays. Hopefully, they reappear in the near future.

I did mine last Thursday. Perhaps they were pulled for the Avengers release?

Just got off the phone with customer care. Apparently there is a bug that if you have a movie in your list and that movie gets pulled for the program then your whole lists gets wiped out. But your list is still visible to them and Walmart. They are working on my list today.

Some Marvel titles were pulled from DTD due to a Streaming contract signed with HBO. See "Movie shell game. Now you see it, now you don't".
