    Chernobyl Dairies UV code glitch?

I redeemded the UV code that came from the blu-ray for Chernobyl Dairies.

There was no place to redeem it on Vudu so I redeemed it on Flixster. I see the movie has been added to my account at UVVU.com and on Flixster.

Why isn't Chernobyl Dairies showing up on my Vudu collection?

At least yours went to uvvu.com. Mine said something about technical difficulties on flixster and hasn't shown up anywhere.

That really sucks. Hopefully whatever the system glitch is will be resolved in a day or so.

I find it disturbing when finger pointing is all we get from all ofmthe involved parties. For example, Vudu will say it's a Flixste problem. Flixster will blame UV. UV will blame Vudu. It becomes a vicious cycle in and endless lopp that never gets resolved and WE the consumer are stuck in the middle.

Despite the flaws, I absolutely love Vudu HDX files. Not so keen on Flixster primarily because there is no app for it on my smart TV or PS3.

Because Chernobyl Diaries still doesn't have a UV logo on it, so most likely it's not UV-enabled on Vudu yet. Give it some more time and it should get added. Not all movies get UV enabled on Vudu on release day. Some may take until the following day or so.

I am having the same problem. I always have problems when I redeem codes on Flixster. I think that UV needs to get its act together already and allow us to redeem codes on their site. I will say I never have a problem when I redeem codes on Vudu, but soon there are going to be more apps that are going to support UV like the Nook app and M-Go that is why it makes more sense to me that the UV movies should be redeemed on the UV site. I have had nothing but problems with Flixster.

Same and flixster never wants to admit to any problems. I had a problem with them I got a technical difficulties screen anytime I redeemed a movie and it didn't update my movies for over a month and I had 6 new ones. They showed up on vudu but not flixsters site. I tried unlinking and relinking then my collection went to 0 and it wouldn't update. Contacted them and was told to contact the studios... I replied back to all 50+ of my movies that won't show up on only your site? Anyways went in to uvvu.com and seen that flixster showed up in my linked services like 4 times. Unlinked three of them and now it works currently from what I can tell.

Just checked uvvu.com again and flixster is in there twice now when I left it a few days ago it was once. Wonder why all the other services are only in there once but flixster feels the need to do it multiple times.

And great mine came out as SD. I read others came out as HDX so of course they just mess up mine. I'm about fed up with these services and might wait a bit to buy anymore UV digital copies for when they can get their crap straightened out.

SD?! That suck you should call them up because after explaining to this girl at Vudu I always have problems that the movie is ultraviolet compatible that is why the movie come with an ultraviolet code it finally showed up in HDX. You really should call them if you only have SD that is not cool. Yeah Flixster is a pain for sure I am having that same problem only a few of my movies are showing up unlinked accounts and now only a few are on there. I will try what you said about removing the additional Flixster accounts from the ultraviolet website. I hope you get your HDX movie. Take care.
