I agree. UV was developed to compete with iTunes.

      Holy Geeze, that's RIDICULOUS.

On the other hand, at least you found a Walmart that actually knows how to do D2D.

But here is the part that concerns me:

What is this about D2D expiring after two years????

Way to bring a thread back form the dead. However, if you go through the many responses, you'll see confirmation from on of the VUDU moderators that there is no time limit, they will not expire after 2 years.

I know it's been stated elsewhere, but don't believe it! ALL WALLMARTS (with no exceptions!) do D2D. If an employee says that they don't, it simply means that they don't know how, they haven't been trained on it, or they don't know what it is. If an employee tells you "We stopped doing that." or "We don't do that in this store" or anything like that they are either lying or misinformed (let's be kind and give them the benefit of the doubt and say that they are misinformed). Upon leaving the store, call 1-800-WALMART and report the incident. The store manager will receive a call from 1-800-WALMART letting him or her know that his or her employees are untrained in D2D and they will receive the necessary training.

had this issue a few weeks ago, went to 1 store and the guy told me we havent done D2D in 6 months and then proceeded to tell me no walmarts do it. Went to a second Walmart and the lady almost seemed annoyed that I was asking her and she told me she was busy (it was 8pm at night). I filed a complaint with Vudu and Walmart, it went no where.
