Hi Dan, can you help me out again? I'm trying to put a few movies into my in-store D2D list and it says they are already in there. I put them in there with a third movie, but when I went to the store I only pulled the trigger on that third movie. But now I want to pull the trigger on the other two and now I can't see them.

    Thanks in advance!

I'm running into this exact situation. Added like $83.00 worth of conversions, went to convert and cart disappeared. Now I can no longer add these movies as the service says they're a part of another cart. Any way to correct?

If the movies are now part of another cart, then I would need to clear the cart. You would need to add the movies once again into the proper cart.

When I go to http://www.vudu.com/disc_to_digital.html to view my list, it's blank. There's literally nothing there. I can't print my list or anything. Can you please clear my list for me?

I just had this issue happen to me where I added 12 items to my cart, tried checking out, cart disappeared, but when I try to re-add items I get the dreaded "already associated with another cart" message. Can someone please clear my cart so I can start over again? I'd like to use my credits before they expire soon, so ASAP would be great! Thanks in advance.

I just looked at your cart and it's empty. Looks like you checked out on the 20th.

Yes, shortly after I sent the previous message, my cart magically cleared itself out and I was able to re-add and check out. Thanks.

Hi, I am having the same issue.

I placed one order successfully and then uploaded a new group of dvd/blu-rays. Everything was going well until I went to checkout. At this point, my cart emptied and now when I try to add the movies back, I get an error stating "is already associated with another cart for checkout."

The online, disc to digital is empty too. If I try to add a film, say manually via the web link, it says that the movie is already in a cart. Any ideas as to how I can resolve this issue?

                      Thanks.

I have an issue with my D2D cart as well. I have 16 movies in it, but the total is somehow only $15.50. I cannot check out or view my cart so I'm stuck. Is there anything that I can do without involving support?

You had some movies that were no longer available for conversion. I removed them. You should be good now.

Thanks for the quick reply Felipe, I'll check when I get home. Can you tell me which movies were no longer available for conversion?
