The %APPDATA% is the env for "C:\Users\<Your username>\AppData\Roaming\". You can just type it in Explorer or Command prompt to get it.

Usually I give that as some users do not know the "<Your username>" needs to be replaced with correct one.

I'm having some trouble with it as well. Although I think some of my issues are due to the changeover rather than the new version itself.

Hi chiph, how are they addressing that? Maybe that is what is wrong with mine?

Same issue here, no DVD can be read, Blu-ray however works perfectly.

                    Error:
There was an error reading this disc.

If you're like me, you should be getting a, "This movie is already associated with another cart for checkout."-type message when attempting to convert a movie you might have already had in your cart before the update. I opened a case and they asked what movies I had this issue with so I assume they can either manually remove them somehow or will soon tell me what to do.

Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs [3-disc] [Blu-ray] was previously working as I had it in my cart before my queue was cleared. Now it's identified as the [4-disc 3D Blu-ray] which states is not eligible. I can select "Not my disc" and select the correct version and it states the disc will be manually verified.

Same issue here. I had roughly 60+ titles in my cart with the old 2.0.6 version. After installing 2.0.7 my old cart didn't show up but when trying to read those titles I receive the following error:

'<insert title here>' is already assocaited (sic) with another cart for checkout. Please try again later or contact Customer Care.

I'm also getting the error with the following description for every disc I try:

"There was an error reading this disc.
You may take this disc to your nearest Walmart store for instant conversion.
                              [D:\]"

Running Windows 8 x64, and have tried uninstalling, clearing %AppData%\com.vudu.air.Downloader, and reinstalling several times to no effect.

For what it's worth, I have successfully converted several Ultraviolet movies using the Flixter desktop app on this machine.

Movies attempted so far (all DVD): Moulin Rouge, Idiocracy, Star Trek, The Neverending Story, Ferris Bueller's Day Off

I also attempted Scott Pilgrim, which is a movie I've already got in my Vudu account, just to see if I'd get a different message, but it returned the same message as well.

Haven't tried "recognizing" anything yet. I'm still hung up on "my entire library of recognized titles disappeared." $860 worth of titles is nothing to sneeze at and took months to assemble.

I'm hoping there's some way of fixing this. Clearly this would qualify as "trouble with the new software" after the upgrade. Don't know why it's doing this, but pretty irritated at the moment. IS this the case with all "pre-existing" carts being "emptied" or "misplaced"? Or am I the sole beneficiary of this little glitch?
