Any timeline on when we might see our carts restored (preferable to simply deleting them and making us start over). Clearly since our existing carts are interfering with recognition of the same discs again they're stored somewhere in the system & it's maybe just a front-end issue getting them to show up? Granted I've converted a few discs that WEREN'T already in my cart since then. Hopefully that doesn't complicate the process of restoring the old cart's contents?

I'm a little confused here. So, does that mean no items added to cart via in-store queue addition to the cart will show up in VUDU2Go? Or that nothing after the recent upgrade will show up?

If items were added to the Cart via in-store queue prior to the recent upgrade, what happens to those titles, I guess, is the question. Do those disappear? Will those show up as grandfathered in?

And can we still use in-store queues to convert those titles VUDU2Go is still barfing on? Will they actually "bypass" the VUDU2Go cart completely now allowing us to buy our smaller in-store queues without jeopardizing our VUDU2Go queues? Or will the in-store process still foul up on existing non-paid-for VUDU2Go carts? That is, will having items in our VUDU2Go cart continue to keep us from checking out just the in-store stuff in-store at Wal-mart? OR will we still have to "add to cart" and pay for BOTH the in-store stuff AND the existing VUDU2Go cart stuff, as before?

Nope, no joy. I see nothing in either my VUDU2Go cart nor in my in-store queue (http://www.vudu.com/disc_to_digital.html):

Both are empty as far as I can tell.

I seem to be able to add items I had previously added to my VUDU2Go cart, but it appears my cart has now been nuked from orbit... wonderful! (NOT!) Great... Please don't tell me I have to completely start over?? And, again, some of the items that were in my VUDU2Go cart, I've already disposed of because things weren't supposed to disappear from the cart due to updates or whatever until I actually either A) deleted them or B) completed the purchase.

I'm trying not to swear here, but it's starting to look like my cart is totally gone and I'm kinda' screwed, which doesn't make me especially happy. =o\

Re: Trouble with the new D2D software?

So, is anything further being tried to fix my issue (entire cart disappeared from VUDU2Go, didn't show up after they said the issue was supposed to get fixed)? Or am I totally SOL and have to start completely over (would not be cool since I don't have some of the discs anymore, under the understanding the cart items would remain permanently until I either deleted them myself or eventually completed my purchase)?

You're more than likely SOL since nothing is guaranteed until you've finalized your purchase.

Clearly, though I'd prefer to hear it from one of the techies that works w/VUDU. I thought they said this was fixed and things were supposed to be showing up now, though. But, in my case, apparently not. =o\

Just hoping for an update on whether there's any further resolution WRT my cart, which contained several months worth of disc recognitions and thus potentially totally wasted effort, which according to certain statements made here once upon a time, wasn't supposed to happen...

To my understanding carts were already restored. My own cart was restored a week ago on 6/7/2013.

We have fixed what we could and now user will have 2 carts: 1 for In-Store, and 1 for In-Home. There are some carts which were having issue as adding a few of titles from the store, and those can't be restored easy.

*zombie noises* THE THREAD THAT WON'T DIE

Since my copy of The Matrix Revolutions on Blu-ray only gives me the choice of either The Matrix or The Matrix Reloaded, I borrowed the FS DVD of The Matrix Revolutions and I get the "is already associated with another cart for checkout" error. I then went to my in-store D2D list and didn't see the movie there, but when I tried to add it I got the error "The Matrix Revolutions is already added." Can someone scrub my in-store list clean for me please?

That is also happening to me. I tried to do the in store D2D since there are 48 movies that didn't work with the VuduToGo to see if it would show up on my VuduToGo cart. Now, since they're on the store cart, every time I try to add one of them, it tells me that it is already added even though I can no longer see the cart. Fortunately, I printed the list and can still use it after the promotion is over if the VuduToGo application is still not working.

If i scrub your list, I may have to remove the entire thing. Do you have a lot on there already, or there only a few you don't mind adding back?

I think I had between one and two dozen movies in the list, but I certainly don't mind starting over with a clean and minty list.
