Re: In-Home D2D Bugs - Movie not recognized / Mapping Issues

Another issue just came to mind. I have the extended version of The Da Vinci Code...175 minutes. Both versions are available on VUDU but it will only give the theatrical version. I ended up getting it but with it only being 149 minutes, I'm loosing 26 extra minutes of story line. It would be nice of that would get fixed and if someone would swap my copy to the extended, unrated version.

I can send pics of any of the discs or cases/barcodes if you need them.

    Thanks

Yeah, I noticed my DVD copy was recognized but was hoping not to pay the extra $$$ to get the HDX version when I had the Blu Ray.

If the program misidentifies a Blu-ray as a DVD and you pay the higher amount, you can ask Vudu support to credit you the difference if you submit a photo of the Blu-ray. So far they've been very good about accommodating those requests, but there's no guarantee.

The most recent update claims to have added Pacific Rim and The Place Beyond the Pines, but VuduToGo doesn't recognize either DVD.
