    A Streetcar Named Desire DVD: Reads as Julius Caesar
    Reflections in a Golden Eye: DVD Reads as Julius Caesar
    both are from the Greatest Classic Legends: Marlon Brando DVD set. They have their own discs though. (UPC 883929166800)
    The Omen (2006) Blu Ray: Manually Verify (#024543401070)
    Priest: Unrated (BD)- now available, but reads as theatrical (UPC 043396384286)

    I suggest everyone who posted here re-check your discs! Some are fixed

    On a nice note, they fixed
    The Exorcist-Extended to read correctly (at least the DVD)
    Miami Vice (Extended) now read correctly
    Salt: Unrated BD- Now gives the option of either version!
    Daredevil: Director's Cut now reads correctly
    Piranha 3DD: DVD/BD now reads as being eligible

    On a bad note, Murder in The First (BD) went from Manually Verify to "there was a problem verifying this disc". So did the World War Z DVD.

        The "There was a problem while verifying this disc." issue, we can't do much about that at the moment.
        I'm glad to hear that you are working on this. Can you post any that you have fixed so we know to try our copies again? Also, can you post in this thread or a new one the ones that get corrected in the future?

        Thank you!

          One big problem I see with this is that we still can not report issues if it maps to the incorrect movie but that wrong movie is in our library already. Priest is an example of this. I have the unrated blu ray but since I bought the rated version from another website when it was on sale I can not report it as the wrong movie. Same thing with the Star Trek movies. Once you have Star Trek 4 converted most of the remaining movies become un-reportable.

            Enginering is aware of it. There have been multiple reports and they have multiple examples such as what you've given. There are many, many others as well.

              I know. It's just that earlier the mod made it clear we needed to have tried the disc in order for them to fix it. As of right now there are some discs that are impossible to try.

                  Does that mean that movies that get "We are in the process of manually verifying your disc" cannot be fixed also?

                      I went back through some I've had problems with and still having issues with the following (these are all blu ray):

                      Date Night Extended Edition - brings up Theatrical - 02454366539780
                      Blazing Saddles - comes up as DVD - 012569828384
                      World War Z unrated - unable to identify disk, this is for both the blue ray and 3d blue ray disks - 032429138149
                      Alien - theatrical, no option for extended/special edition - no UPC on case - blue ray anthology pack
                      NOTE: The other 3 movies (Aliens, Alien3, Alien Resurrection all give option to select one of the other 8 (theatrical/extended for all 4 movies), therefore only the Alien disk does not.

                      I know we're not supposed to list ones that were already listed, but since I got either different results, and/or additional information I thought I would.

                      However, ones that didn't work before but DO now (again these are blue ray):

                      Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone - 085391156987 - used to come up not identfied
                      Daredevil Director's Cut - 02454355000680 - used to come up just theatrical
                      Aliens - Alien anthology - this used to bring up just theatrical last time I check just a couple weeks ago, now gives options for all the movies
                      Transformers - now comes up correct instead of ROTF

                      It's very nice to finally see some forward movement after so much time.

                        Update: No UPC on the box or the 3 double disc cases inside. But the Amazon link is to the exact edition I purchased.
                        Just checked and it looks like this has been fixed. You now have the option of all 3 extended editions.

                          Star Trek I : The Original Motion Picture
                          Star Trek II :The Wrath of Khan

                          (#4 and 6 identify correctly)
                          This appears to be fixed. Putting in Star Trek I: The Original Motion Picture gives you the option of any of the Star Trek I - VI.

                              A Nightmare on Elm Street Collection (Blu-ray) - All show as the first movie, but interestingly the bonus DVD allows the remaining 6 movies to selected but at the higher cost, since it is from DVD
                              Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked has been resolved.

                              A Nightmare on Elm Street Collection discs 3 & 4 now offer the option to select any of the movies 2 - 7 in HDX. However, after checking out I only received SD versions of each of these movies. Upgraded to HDX after sending a photo of the discs in to Customer Support.

                                Odd but OK. Each title identifies as the following:

                                1 -> 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
                                2 -> 2
                                3 -> 2, 3, 4
                                4 -> 4
                                5 -> 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
                                6 -> 6

                                You would think that each disc would either 1) identify only as their respective title or 2) all titles within the collection.
