    Unable to check out

    Bummer! Tried to check out of Disc to Digital with my ten conversions on Vudu To Go and received message "We are unable to complete your transaction. Please update your billing information here". Even though my credit card is same as I have used for hundreds of other D2D conversions, I updated my account (with same info). Received email confirmation from VUDU that I successfully updated my billing info. However, still cannot check out of Vudu To Go. Getting same message "We are unable to complete your transaction. Please update your billing information here." Anyone else had this problem before?

    In a loop. I receive instruction from Vudu to update my account payment info. I update my account payment info and get confirmation from Vudu that I have successfully updated. Then go to checkout in Vudu To Go and get message that I must update my account payment info. All with same (still valid) cc that I have used to convert several hundred movies since I joined Vudu last year. My account otherwise works - can see and access my library and stream with no problems.

        Dan - thanks, it has been fixed.

        Was not a VUDU problem at all. Turns out that it was a Target problem, believe it or not. Our cc company made a decision to replace any cards that had been used at Target when they were having their problem - my wife's card was replaced. I have a separate cc account which was never used at Target - however, our company decided in the last month to take no chances and to replace it also (and cancel the current card). They just never bothered to tell us they were doing that.

        The new cc was in mail that was waiting for us when we got back into town and I just updated with the new card. Checked out of VUDU To Go with no problem.

          I have tried calling, emailing and chatting with Vudu. I have been using Disc to Digital for the past year and now I'm stuck. I can add my movies into my queue, but cannot check out. I can't even see my movies I have to check out! I have been told by Vudu to uninstall the program and re install. Didn't work! I have been told to update the Adobe Air. Didn't work!

          Now, Vudu is saying trek to my local Walmart to add movies?! Are you kidding me? Why have the Disc to Digital program?

          Can anybody out there can help of have an idea of what to do??

              I am having the same issue with vudu linked to walmart.com. My card information is correct and current on walmart.com

                I am having this same issue, where I get the notice that it wasn't able to process it and that I need to update my billing information. I have a walmart account, and I would love to use this feature as it would make it easy to use on our roku smart tv instead of putting discs in all the time. I really would like to know why it won't let me complete the transaction.
