Re: Vudu not loading on my Roku

OK....I'm new to this...and...I'm sure this is going in the wrong area.....but....for what it's worth, I was having trouble with VUDU not loading on my ROKU. Every time I hit the VUDU channel, it took me right back to the home screen. And so, I came here for an answer. I tried deleting and reinstalling VUDU 1st....this did not help. And then, I saw a post where someone said that they had the same problem, and, they deleted the VUDU channel, and unplugged the ROKU device, and then plugged it back in and reinstalled the VUDU channel....and it worked. And so I tried this...and sure enough...VOILA..!! the problem was solved. Thanks..!!

Re: In store disc to digital

Hello! New to the disc-to-digital thing. I have a couple movies that aren't recognized at home, so I was going to head to Walmart at some point.

Does anyone know if Walmart allows you to pay for conversions made in-store using VUDU account credit? I'm guessing no, but I figured it was worth asking.

        Thanks!

This Walmart was unable to convert this week. Chynna, who knows how to do this very well, could not even log on.

They probably updated the system to the Fuji system. Now you get to wait for them to fix that...

I actually asked about that when I was in this week. Chynna did not know anything about a Fuji update, but says that their updates are occurring automatically without store staff even being aware unless the system update prompts a notice.

In my Walmart it only works in electronics ever since the Fugi update.

This is beyond frustrating . My Walmart does not have the fuji system installed. They are scheduled to have it sometime in April. Went in today and now they can even log in to Vudu. It just sits there at the login screen and never logs in. I just don't get it how can everything start off so great and then get progressively worse both App and in store.

Can someone please help me with in store disc to digital?
