Re: Saw: The Complete Movie Collection not redeeming

Those aren't the versions VUDU inserts when you redeem the code here, they inserted:

    https://www.myuv.com/en/us/library/saw-3

    https://www.myuv.com/en/us/library/saw-4

    https://www.myuv.com/en/us/library/saw-5

Ironically the stats say Rated R but I can confirm the above three license inserts are for the Unrated Editions. Unless VUDU has them confused? Since your links do say unrated.

EDIT: VUDU doesn't have the rated editions as UV enabled, and it looks like VUDU inserted the incorrect edition because CinemaNow provided me with the rated editions and not unrated. I think Flixster did give the correct inserts since the URL says -unrated but VUDU is reading the rated UV licenses as unrated and not properly inserting the unrated license into UV. Only a staff can help but I think Flixster is correct here based on the URL.

Thanks for the input here! Would you suggest I contact VUDU support about the problem then, since it's looking like Flixster did indeed give rights to the proper versions of the movies? I'm sure I'm not the only one with the problem - I imagine anyone who bought the entire collection with UV is having the same issue.

      I really appreciate the help!!

Re: Saw: The Complete Movie Collection not redeeming

Let us know of any resolution. If VUDU has inserted the wrong editions, then I will need the Unrated license inserted into my locker too.

I searched for him on the forum, and just sent him a PM. Just to let you know, he gave me an update about a week ago saying that he had spoken to the content coordinator about the issue, and they're hoping to resolve it soon. I think that means that they're working on it for everyone (not individually for me), so hopefully when they fix the bug it should fix yours as well! Sorry for the late response - I'm not on here much! Haha

Keep us posted please. If I have the wrong inserts in my locker, then I would also like the right ones added.

Yes actually mine was even expired. What I did was i found the collection to buy on VUDU. So instead of using the redeemmovie.com crap . I redeemed through VUDU using the code and i have it all now

Not actually a disc-to-digital discussion; perhaps move to General Discussion?
