No problem. They have the wrong version of Heavenly Creatures as well, but trying to explain that to CS was torture. Not gonna bother pointing this out as well.

Daniel, would you please see if you can get some movement on my Incident: 150301-000786. I bought the OUATIA Extended Edition Blu-ray with Instawatch at Walmart on 3/1. I was sent the link to add the movie to my Vudu account, but the link was for the Theatrical Edition, which I already owned. I've provided a pic of my receipt. TIA

Would SOMEONE in support with the slightest degree of competence PLEASE look at my incident above. I just got an email back asking for a copy of a receipt that was already provided on 3/1. Truly ridiculous

Keep us updated if that gets fixed. I had the same thing happen, but then Walmart lost my order in shipping and I ended up just cancelling it completely. I definitely plan on rebuying it, though.

Dan, would you please tell me what my expectation should be on this case?

I bought the Blu-ray w/Instawatch on 3/1. As of this writing, I do not have either the Blu-ray, or the movie in my Vudu account. I have reached out to you twice via your support email to me since you "updated my ticket", and you have not replied. You indicated you were going to try to get me a code. How long should that take?

I have added and paid for over 700 movies through D2D to my account in the last six months, as well as dozens more purchased directly from Vudu. Does this make me a customer worthy of the courtesy of a reply? If not, what must I do? Seriously.

Did you do site to store for the Bluray? I've had nothing but trouble with that service lately. First they lost my order of OUATIA and now it's Dances With Wolves. I ordered it on Feb 28th, and it still hasn't arrived. At least that one got put into my account correctly.

Hi YG6. Yes, site to store. I was told it would be at the store by today, but I've yet to get the promised email telling me it's ready for pick up. I wish the "service" (if we really must call it that) could be as efficient at delivering the product as it is at taking my money, as it did on 3/4...

Sounds like you're gonna get this email soon...

"Thanks for your recent Walmart.com order using our Site to Store service. Unfortunately, the items scheduled for pickup at the Riverview store have been delayed. They're currently being processed and we'll get them to your local store as soon as we can.
We always want your Walmart.com shopping experience to be a good one and we're sorry for the inconvenience this delay has caused.
Although we are currently unable to provide a revised delivery date, please be aware that most delayed packages arrive within a few days of the original delivery date provided when you placed your order. We are monitoring the order's progress and will contact you when it arrives."

Waiting for the Blu-ray would be a lot easier to stomach if the Instawatch link had given me the movie I paid for. As you can see, I've done all I can to reach out to Dan and Vudu support, and all I hear are crickets chirping...
