I own all episodes but still have a "Own" button to purchase?

What am I missing? I own all 13 episodes of Hannibal season 1 in HDX, but I still have a clickable button to purchase the same season for $29.99 in HDX plus buttons to purchase season 1 in HD for $29.99 and SD for $22.99?

Are you importing it from UV?

Sorry, anything you share from your UV account to VUDU is what I refer to as "Importing".

When shows import per episode, it will still show you the buy option, even if you own all the content in the season.

Is there any plan to fix this? If we own it, whether or not we purchased / redeemed it on Vudu, the option to purchase should not be showing up like that.

I'm not sure, i'll get a bug filed for it if there isn't one

Update: Looks like the proper people are already aware of this one.

Crack the whip, Dan! There's at least a half dozen threads dedicated to this concern. A minor complaint to be sure, but we movie collectors are a fussy lot.

Totally agree - this needs to be fixed. I have many seasons that I redeemed on Flixster and it gives me a Buy button rather than owning the complete season. Is this an issue with UV or the retailers? I hate that UV no longer seems to be tracking owning TV seasons.

FYI, it isn't just tv seasons imported via UV.

I have a couple where I have bought the episodes directly via vudu but still have a buy season button (for example the new SyFy miniseries Ascension - just bought all the episodes but of course I still have the ability to rebuy the show as a season).

This is my concern. I plan on buying a season piecemeal, but the fact that it will still give me the option to purchase the season bothers me. It's the OCD.

Does anybody know if there's been any update on this concern? It seems as if it's still a problem (ex: Falling Skies).

Same issue with Shameless. I was only able to covert the codes through Flixter for this tv show so I figured it was because of that.

Add me to the list of folks who want to see this fixed. For me it's not an issue of OCD, it's a fear that I might misclick and end up ordering a season of something I already own.

                              Hello VUDU,

Any new updates on this issue of the "Own" button being removed when all are imported in HD. We had some great new updates to the phone app and 007 is now UV. You guys are heading in the right direction. Now please help all us OCD TV collectors. We have the fastest site on VUDU too, than all those other guys. FYI if VUDU would work out a deal with some of theses studios we wouldn't have to use Flixster anymore, to port over some of our collections.

                              Lots of Love,
                              VUDU Fan 4 Life.
