    SHARP AQUOS TV Error 60:

    It JAN 17 Saturday morning

    Went to watch some movies on VUDU and received the error 60: CA certificate Yada yada yada. and could not get on Netflix either.

    YOUTUBE and Cinema Now work fine.

    I called SHARP AQUOS.

    It turns out this error was caused by SHARP being down for maintenance. Sharp should be up later today and my problem will be solved.

    Crossing my fingers.

    Thought I should pass this on to others who may have the same type of TV and ran into the same error.

    I'll post and update later.

    Problem streaming video on Comcast/Xfinity

    Hi, So I have 3mb internet service from Comcast with hardwired connection to my Sharp Aquos.
    I have run the speed test on Xfinity and Cnet (both 3mb results) and the Vudu speedtest (.32mb) That's POINT 32. Not even 1MB.

    No trouble at all streaming Netflix or Youtube or anything else.

    On Vudu, even if I purchase a move and run at the slowest speed option, continually stops to goes into buffering.

    I don't thing the problem is Vudu's server.

    I think the problem is money. Specifically the fee paying arrangements between Vudu and Comcast (a media company) and possibly also Sharp. I believe Comcast is deliberating slowing Vudu down because they are attempting to extort higher fees.

    I am going to post this message with Comcast also.

    You guys need to work this out. I can't continue to purchase Vudu's products with this level of service.

      can't access vudu or Netflix, for that matter. can access everything else. problem started today. error code 60: problem with CA cert. how to fix????

            problem with CA Cert. error code 60

            VUDU app on my sharp TV hasn't worked at all today. I use it all the time and never had this error before. VUDU on game consoles is working and other TV apps seem to be fine.

                  Hi im from mexico, and i hAve a problem with my vudu in mi sharp tv, it does not work, it sais problem 7, i have you tube and netflix and they do work, but the vudu dont, what should i do??? Tks

                    Vudu is only available in the United States. It will not work in Mexico unfortunately.
