    Samsung S6 edge crashes

I just purchased a Samsung S6 Edge from Verizon. I downloaded vudu and everytime I try to either play or download a movie, the VUDU app crashes. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall multiple times and the issue remains. All other movie applications work on this phone. Please fix!

I also own a Samsung Galaxy S6 edge, but I am on AT&T. I have the exact same issues listed above. I was really wishing to watch the movies I paid for...

I just switched from a Note 3 to a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge tonight and I can't get Vudu to stop crashing. I can log in and see my collection, but when I select "watch" it acts like it's buffering and then crashes to the vudu splash screen every time. Help!! This has not been addressed.

Apparently the issue is not isolated to just the S6 EDGE model. I am having the same problem with the new Galaxy S6 (Lollypop 5.0.2, T-Mobile). Every time I try to launch a movie or trailer, the APP crashes, and I receive a pop-up message, "Unfortunately, VUDU Movies & TV have stopped working". This is extremely annoying, considering I just upgraded from the Galaxy S5 (KitKat 4.4.2), which worked perfectly. As a work-around, I am having to logon to my Flixster (works fine on the S6) account to watch my 'PAID-FOR' movie content.

            PLEASE fix!

We're aware there are some devices on Lollipop that are experiencing this problem. We're working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Thank you so very much Dan.

Since sales of the Galaxy S6 are HUGE, it only makes sense if the Vudu APP is not working, that complaints would start rolling in. I think folks just want to emphasize that the Galaxy S6, is one of those Lollipop devices experiencing issues..... because we want it fixed NOW, LOL! (Yeah, in a perfect world, right?)

Anyhow, it's good to know Vudu is aware......

Thank you. I upgraded from SG3 to SG6 (not the edge) so this is frustrating for myself as well.

Note 4 has the same bug. Worked fine until lollipop.

I blame android more than vudu to be honest. Lots of **** is broken in lollipop.

Add the HTC One M9 to the list. I am having the same problem on my phone.

My GS4 just updated to Lollipop today and I can get movies to play, but now there's no audio.

I'm just celebrating the 3 week anniversary of this response and wondering if the issue is going to be fixed or addressed. Between the no HD/HDX for tablets or Android devices and inability to use it on my mobile device anymore, the decision to move on to a more evolved service is gaining a foothold quickly for me.

                            Let us know!

It's now been almost two months since VUDU has acknowledged this error and there hasn't been an update or fix put in place. Please let us know, we're all very anxious to get this resolved.
