Vudu to go "can't view order" or "continue" when disc doesn't read

I've been having an issue trying to get vudu to go to display my order so I can purchase the movies in my cart. There's 42 items in there now and the subtotal is $51.50. I've installed this on another machine to make sure it's not this one that is causing a problem and no luck. Nothing happens when I click on "view order", but I can click on "add disc". The only problem with that is when I go to add a disc, it says there's a problem adding the movie.

Please help me fix this. I really don't want to have to scan 42 movies again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hello coreymichael,

Give the following a try, this might just resolve your issue.

    Uninstall V2G

    Windows

Please do a clean uninstall and reinstall the app.

    - Uninstall Adobe Air and VUDU To Go from Control panel

    - Delete "%APPDATA%\com.vudu.air.Downloader", and "%APPDATA%\Adobe\AIR". It is crucial that both folders get deleted.

    - Reboot your PC

    - Re-install Vudu-To-Go once again. You can download it from the following link. The installation process will automatically download and install Adobe Air.

    http://www.vudu.com/in_home_disc_to_digital.html

The %APPDATA% is the env for "C:\Users\<Your username>\AppData\Roaming\". You can just type it in Explorer or Command prompt to get to it.

    Mac

For the OS X, you can remove the VUDU App, AIR and delete:
    - ~/Library/Preferences/com.vudu.air.Downloader
(probably same place for Adobe AIR too).
and then install VUDU to Go.

I'm having the same problem (just started yesterday). I followed the above instructions to the letter, but it still doesn't work. Anything else I can try? Thanks!

BUMP. Still having this issue. Can anybody offer some advice? I'd really like to be able to convert some discs (or at least complete checkout for the titles that were already in my cart). I can't even view my cart anymore! THANKS!

Try again, I think I fixed the issue on our end.

I just did what was recommended in this thread, and I'm having no luck.

I've been having the same trouble for the past few days now. I've tried the above instructions 2 or 3 times, all with no effect whatsoever.

This time it worked. One part of the original instructions that didn't make sense to me was to do a "clean uninstall". I don't know what that means. But this time, I uninstalled both Adobe Air and V2G using CCleaner instead of the Windows control panel. I then cleaned my system with CCleaner and deleted cookies, history, and other clutter. Then I reinstalled the software. Not sure if it was the new stuff I did or whatever you did on your end, but it worked perfectly. Thank-you!

I can add titles and have 6 titles ready for conversion but the "View Order" button in VUDUToGo's Disc To Digital is not working. Will I lose that data if I remove VUDUToGo and reinstall it? Thanks.
