I am having the same issue on multiple computers. I cannot view my cart or add titles the buttons simply do not work. Not sure if what you did is individually or not but I am still having this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

This is the second time I've had this problem. The last time I lost everything that was in my cart. I just got a brand new laptop yesterday and installed V2G and I still can't access my cart

Please try accessing your cart again, it should be good to go now.

Hi, I am having this same problem - nothing happens when I click on 'view order'. I have 50 items in my cart but I cannot complete order. I've tried deleting and even updating Vudu to Go. Please help. Thanks, Suzanne

I am now receiving this issue after the disc read correctly. I tried logging out and it just endlessly prompts me for my password even after I enter it. I tried it on a different computer...same issue but didn't log out. The disc to digital splash info doesn't appear when you try to open that part of the program.

I followed the directions to the letter on page 1 and it seems to have worked for now. I think the instructions for that may throw some people off because you do have to delete everything in those folders including the folders themselves and some people may not do that.

Are you using Windows XP or Vista? Those OS'es are no longer supported.

I wasn't using either of those. I encountered the issue in Windows 7 Home Premium then tried using my Windows 10 Home system to see if it worked differently. Both gave the same issue and I ultimately got it cleared in both using the method from the first page of this forum thread. I don't think it's an issue limited to the OS but rather the way it cached the information for either my account or he program. I'd lean towards the former since it was consistent across multiple PCs using different operating systems. Hope that helps you and your team figure out the long term issue and ultimately resolve it.

I have been having this issue as well. I did go through the steps on the first page and deleted the file and folder named. But after reinstalling Vudu and Air then logging back in I was still unable to view the order. I tried adding a disc as well and it did detect that but none of the buttons were responsive after.

That cleared the cart and I can add movies again. Thank you!

Is there a time limit to how long you can leave titles in the cart?
