Is there any way you can have my list cleared? I still can't see anything. None of my list shows. I can't print anything.

Re: Issues with in-store disc to digital web page

I'm having the same issue as some of the other posters, also I can see some of the titles I've added to the list but I believe some are not showing, and both the 'Print' and 'Store Finder' buttons are not functioning.

Any help offered would be appreciated!

My page won't even load after a while.
The session cookies get too long and I have to clear my cookies and re login before I see my list.

Re: Issues with in-store disc to digital web page

Hi, my account is having the same issue; I enter titles for in-store conversion, but nothing shows up, and it won't let me print the list. I know that titles are entering, as when I try to re-enter a title, it will state that the title is already in the queue, but just doesn't show up.

Assuming that this can be fixed from your end, will the fix wipe out the list as it stands? I'd have a difficult time reconstructing the titles that I've entered over the course of several weeks...

Also the left and right arrows aren't toggled (displayed) correctly but clicking on them still works.
