    Walmart

You need a list of participating Walmart stores

    #2
    Re: Walmart

The list is, all walmart stores that have an electronics or photo department. If any employee is telling you differently, they are giving you bad information and you need to speak with the manager. If he gives you the same line, you need to contact their district manager.

Every single Walmart Store is a participating store. Employees who say otherwise are ill-informed or are flat out lying because they don't know the process and don't want to be bothered to learn it. Talk to their manager, or call 1-800-Walmart if you are told that a particular store doesn't do Vudu. They will make sure that the employees are trained.

It's the photo counter. Just go up to the photo counter. That's where Vudu Disc 2 Digital is done in Walmart stores. If your local store tells you they don't do it, the employee is either LYING or is ILL INFORMED. They do. Even if the employee doesn't know it. Call 1-800-Walmart, let them know what happened, and they will ensure that the employees are properly trained. You will most likely get a call back from the local store manager apologizing for the incident.

It's very important that we all take the time to call 1-800-Walmart when these incidents happen. it's the only way that these employees get the training that they need.

Imagine if you went to McDonalds and got an employee who never made a Big Mac before and didn't know how so he told you, "We don't carry Big Macs in this particular store". It's nonsense.

On the Walmart that I used to take them to, they changed it from Photo to Electronics department.

My Walmart stopped doing D2D. They removed all of the signage, and I have spoken with the manager, and raised the issue to Walmart Corporate.

WHat did Walmart Corporate say when you called?

May I ask where the store is located?
