The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     Maleficent is Missing?

    My copy of Maleficent from Disney Movies Anywhere is missing from Vudu and other sites that use DMA. I still find in on Amazon though so this is really strange? Anyone else seeing this?

          All of a sudden the title reappeared this afternoon, very strange... I'm going to check the other streaming providers with DMA and see if it's there as well.

            Mine has been missing since last week.

            The title is still available to me in iTunes, amazon, googleplay.... vudu is the only one that lost it

            Same thing with Beauty and the Beast Special Edition, I put in a support ticket last month for that one but have not heard back yet.

              I can find Malificent but it says I do not own it, but I do own it (it is in my DMA account)

                    Sorry, you'll have to go through customer care - I don't know much about DMA, just pointed out that link since it seemed related to people missing DMA titles. Though I will forward the issue to someone here to take a look.

                      Jake and everybody else,

                      As Jake said, there is a current problem between DMA and it's providers because you need to renew your DMA license in order to see your library. The problem is that users are saying they can't find where to renew. There is even confusion if it is on Vudu's side or DMA's side. I don't know if this will help anybody else but I just got this to work for me...

                      Under "Account Info," there is the area for linking to UltraViolet. Under that SHOULD be an area that reads:

                      Disney Movies Anywhere - Library Sharing Consent
                      Click "Renew" to renew your link to Disney Movies Anywhere.

                      I just noticed going into my account that it was not there. BUT if from that page you then click on "Services"... then "Disney Movies Anywhere" (make sure your browser is the desktop version, not mobile)... then once again click on "Account Info"... viola the DMA renew thing shows up. I just tried the same sequence 3 times and it worked, and renewing gave me all titles back.

                        I am also missing Nightmare Before Christmas, Wreck it Ralph & Beauty and the Beast Special Edition.

                        And my renew link isn't due til 9/18.

                          Yes, I'm also missing Wreck It Ralph now but I have Maleficent 3D which I didn't have before and would rather own so I'm not submitting a support ticket.

                            I think I may have pieced together the issue....

                            It seems that vudu may have changed the way DMA links are handled sometime in November.

                            It used to be that vudu, like other DMA providers, would retain Disney titles even if they disappeared from the DMA library or the DMA library was disconnected.

                            Now it seems that vudu is treating the DMA link just like it does with a UV link - only movies currently in the DMA library show as owned.

                            The DMA movies that were missing from my vudu library were actually missing from my DMA account for some reason!

                            I am still hoping vudu support can help with the Beauty and the Beast issue, I have an open ticket for that one.

                              I was missing Wreck-It-Ralp. I unlinked my DMA from all my services and relinked them. I ended up with nearly every 3D title of every Disney title I had the 2D of, that has a 3D version, while all the 2D versions went missing. I ended up with Wreck-It-Ralp 3D, but still no 2D. I unlinked again, all 3D went missing except for Oz the Great and Powerful and Captain America: TWS, but I still have the 2D of those still, as well.

                              Just when the UV issue starts to get resolved, DMA explodes! LOL
