"Error Creating Cart" & "Error Can't Add To Cart" Messages with in home windows D2D

Hello, I've been having an issue trying add a bunch of movies using the in home disc to digital program on my windows laptop. The movies all come up fine, but when I select the quality (SD or HDX) they can not be added to cart. Only certain movies won't add. Does anyone have any suggestions? My cart is clear on both the mobile app and the in home program. I submitted a ticket 10 days ago, still waiting on a response. I think the issue is I used the mobile app to scan their bar codes, but then did not convert them; figuring they can be read by my bluray drive so it would be better to use the in home program vs. the mobile app; due to no limit on my laptop. I've now hit my limit on mobile app so can't add them that way. Vudu recognizes them all correctly, they just won't add to cart. Any help would be appreciated.

The movies having this issue so far are:
    Bedazzled
    War of the worlds 2005
The day the earth stood still 2008
    Kingdom of heaven
    Black hawk down
    Elf
    Get him to the greek
    Open water
    Carlito's way rise to power
Terminator 3 rise of the machines
One flew over the cuckoo's nest

The same thing is happening to me for every disc I try. The discs will read, but when I try to proceed, I get "Error Creating Cart."

I've updated the app twice recently, and it's still happening.

The movies that I am experiencing this issue include:

                  Taken
                  Taken 2
The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader
                  The Adventures of Robin Hood
                  All the President's Men
                  A Christmas Carol (1984)
                  Gladiator
                  Blade Runner

I wish that VUDU still had the in-Store feature because I would normally take discs that I couldn't get to work to the store to get validated

The issue is continuing. I even sent a support request in and VUDU said they couldn't fix it and closed the support ticket.
The discs that are experiencing this problem (so far) are:
                    • Adventures of Robin Hood Blu-Ray
                    • Christmas Carol, The (1984) Blu-Ray/DVD
                    • Chronicles of Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader Blu-Ray
                    • Crocodile Dundee Blu-Ray
                    • Deep Impact Blu-Ray
                    • Drive Me Crazy Blu-Ray/DVD
                    • Elektra Blu-Ray
                    • Gladiator Blu-Ray/DVD
                    • How to Train Your Dragon Blu-Ray
                    • Jewel of the Nile Blu-Ray
                    • Journey to the Center of the Earth (1959) Blu-Ray/DVD
                    • Kingsmen Blu-Ray
                    • Krull Blu-Ray/DVD
                    • Lara Croft: Tomb Raider Blu-Ray
                    • Midway Blu-Ray/DVD
                    • Next (2007) Blu-Ray
                    • Prince Valiant DVD
                    • Superman Returns Blu-Ray/DVD
                    • Swordfish Blu-Ray
                    • Taken Blu-Ray
                    • Taken 2 Blu-Ray
                    • U-571 Blu-Ray
                    • Von Ryan's Express Blu-Ray

What can I do? If I had known these issues I would have used the Mobile to Digital but I didn't at the time. Alternatively I would have used the In-Store option, but now VUDU doesn't offer that service anymore.

What did they tell you to do?

I had the problem with the movie "Red Tails". I ended up just doing mobile disc to digital. I'll know now not to scan the bar code before trying the disc first. Hope this doesn't continue to be a problem.

Yes, the problem is happening with discs that I considered using the Mobile to Digital option first but then pulled them from the basket so I didn't eat up my 100 discs. Now I have reached my 100 discs that option is no longer available to me....can you say - Epic Fail VUDU.

I'm seeing this same problem with Billy Rose's Jumbo DVD. Like others, I first tried it using the mobile app just to see whether it was recognized, then realized that I don't want to "spend" one of my last remaining 10 mobile slots on this one.

So does Vudu plan to fix this or not? This wouldn't be a problem if Vudu hadn't imposed the 100-movie limit on the mobile app.
