Remember a few months ago when Shultzy was complaining about how stagnant the forum was getting?

Well Shultzy hired him to ramp up the forum action. He gets compensated by the byte + bonus for each post that someone responds to.

I believe it's called operation Acorn.

(EDIT: On a serious note, I'm happy to see the enthusiasm. So don't stop on my account.)

                      And back on topic!

I use a Samsung LN40A550 LCD set with one VUDU
and a Samsung HL67A750 LED DLP set with my other VUDU.

I'm still considering getting a thrid VUDU with the $200 movie credit promotion from BestBuy. I'll probably pick it up this week to use in the bedroom on a Tosihba 65HM167 DLP and to also take it over to my girlfriends to watch titles that I have pre-downloaded.

I think I know what DLP is and LED is, but what is LED DLP? Sounds like an Oxy Moron.

Instead of a lamp based light source it uses Red, Blue, and Green LEDs so there is no color wheel. The LEDs are cycled through the colors very fast so there is less chance of seeing rainbows than a DLP with a color wheel. Plus it gives more accurate colors, and can have a wider color Gamut(there are three settings. i think the max is 120% of the color gamut for broadcasting) and it also uses under 100watts(depending on the light output setting of the LEDs there are five settings if I remember correctly) Mine is on the second lowest after professional calibration and my set draws around 100 watts, compared to my lamp based toshiba DLP(and LCD set) that draws well over 200 watts.

I was eyeing the LED DLP, look very good. We just didnt have the room, so I stuck with plasma and bought the 50".
