    Unresponsive User Interface when buffering

I use vudu almoste everyday from my PS3 and love the service.

During movie playback if I hit any button to bring up the vudu in playback UI, the UI renders and the movie pauses but the interface is very slow and extremely hard to use while the movie is still loaing into the buffer (the PS3's network activity light is blinking). As soon as the buffer is full(network activity light stops blinking) the UI becomes very responsive and easy to work with.

This becomes a serious issue because many times I run into this scenario:
    - i navigate to a section of the movie
    - start playback
    - realize that i need to navigate to another section
    - hit the left stick to return to playback menu
    - try to navigate the menu but the UI is extremely slow (as long as it is still filling the buffer)
    - menu starts working smoothly when buffer is full.

The private message doesn't seem to work for me. I click on your screen-name and get a menu with an option to send u a message but nothing happens when i click on it. I have tried this with different browsers and computers.

In fact none of the popup menu options do anything (only hides the menu), plz send me a PM if u can and we can continue there.

Lets try this, if it's possible. Go into "My VUDU" and then "info and settings". What is your device ID?
