Xbox - network error + constant buffering

    Xbox - network error + constant buffering

    First had a couple issues with vudu loading slow and couple "network errors". When hitting retry it eventually came up. Rented SD movie. Every minute or so it gets interrupted with a buffering or loading circle.

    Tried uninstall & reinstall of app. Power cycled my router & modem. No help.

    Amazon video, Hulu, and Netflix all work properly through the Xbox.

    Net speed is 15mb.

    On a wireless Cisco valet router. Comcast cable.

    Went to support page but can't figure out how to open specific support request for my problem. Support search just brings up generic info.

    I am on my iPhone not sure if that is problem with support request.

    Would like a refund for movie rental.

    Is this the first time you've experienced buffering with the VUDU app on the xbox?
    Are you Wired or Wireless?
    Do you have Kinect?

      I have watched movies before on vudu without issue. Last time was maybe a month or two ago.

      On wireless. No kinect

        I have experienced this same issue, was there any resolution?

        I have 2 xbox's one wired one wireless the wired one works ok, except for the audio being horribly low and laund at different moments during the same playback, but the wireless one won't go 10 minutes without buffering and eventually being unable to continue. Do the same thing on netflix, amazon and no issues.

          I experienced this last night too, we watched about 1/2 the movie then it stopped to buffer, or we got a network error message over 100 times!!!!! We finally got to near the end, then it just wouldn't reconnect at all. I would like a refund for last night's purchase. It's very frustrating that there is no direct email for issues like this. It took me 10 minutes to navigate around and find this, hopefully someone responds.

              I also received the Network error all day on 3/17. I watched 10min then it buffered and cut off and i was not able to play again for the rest of the night. This went on from 3pm till 9pm. I was using a PS3. I also checked my network speed and i was still at 25Mbps.

                Once again, another Network Error during playback on PS3 at 1230AM on a friday night. This time during Argo. Can someone from Vudu explain what is going on?? Especially since i was able to use my pc Vudu2Go app to watch the rest of the movie.
