The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     Setting up account???

    Have used the free credit that came with my Mitsubishi TV, but I cannot access anywhere on vudu.com as to where I can set up a credit card account. Please advise. Thank you.

    Steve,

    1. Go to www.vudu.com

    2. Login/activate will be in the top right corner.

    3. Click on Login

    4. You should be an existing customer since your device is already active.

    5. If you do not know your password, click on "forgot password?".

    6. An email should be sent with directions.

    7. Once you have signed in, add a credit card.

          I am having the same problem went thru the whole process got the email clicked the link to sign in and the page I was on just reloaded noticed alot of the options on the main page done the same thing. The only one I could get to work is the one that brought me here. So do I have to call you guys to do this? I am not a phone person and like doing everything online but cant with this and if I am having simple problems like this what if I have a real problem is it going to be the same way.

            I have spent hours [14] in 2 different days and still can't get passed the login accepted and activation code no. I'm new at this technology stuff and have made progress accept for being able to use my free credit and actually watch a movie. HELP!

                I have not been able to add a credit card. I input all the required information and when I submit the fields are cleared out and I get no error or anything and my account still says no credit card on file.

                        I'm having the same problem as all these folks are. After I have activated my account and logged in there seems to be nowhere to add a credit card.

                        If I were you folks, you might want to put some thought into making it as easy as possible for customers to give you their money.

                        How about this. Rather than PMing all the help it sure would be nice to read it here on the forum. That way I could spend more time trying to give you my money, rather than typing this post and registering for a forum.

                        Is the add a credit card listed under "My Account"? Because that page is blank. I've disable any sort of security software that may be interfering with the loading of the page. Still a blank page.

                        Beats me? Who knows? There should be an icon that has a little guy shrugging his shoulders and running back to Netflix.

                          Joesph, Anytime we require a customers personal information to troubleshoot an issue we tend to do it away from the forums, as i'm sure you can understand. What browser are you using? If you are using internet explorer have you enabled compatibility mode?
