    Hey I wanted to know how do you get the movie credit for a first time sign up with a blueray player,ps3 etc. I signed up but havent gotten the credits for a Movie

      They system here will not let me private email you. It is REMOVED. Can you edit this so my email dont show after

        I went ahead and added the promotion to the account. This device had its credit used on another account but it's not this device (confusing I know). It's all cleared up now.

          I just signed up too, dbonneville, and didn't get a promotional credit. I also am trying to click any of the options next to your name (send private message, view profile, etc.) and the links don't go anywhere. The browser seems to be ignoring my clicks. Can you PM me, dbonneville, with an update on my account since I can't seem to send you a PM?

            The system will not let me send you a message I posted a day or so ago and I see it didnt post here hopefully it will now. My email is REMOVED EMAIL thanks for any help

              It looks like the promotion was set in March and it expired. I went ahead and added it back to the account so you should be set.

              @Richierichdollar - The promotion was added again yesterday so you should be all set as well.

                        i have to say thank you to Rosemary at customer service. After holding for some from someone else, she explained what happened and was able to offer a compromise solution. I appreciated her help and I will be sure to use this service in the future. ref number 246116.

                            I was able to find your account and see that you received a $5.99 credit for your activation of your LG Blu-Ray player. Are you trying to activate another device to your account?
