The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     I just tried the website with Internet Explorer instead of Chrome and it worked.

      Apparently, the problem is with Chrome's compatibility with Vudu.

                Do you still have the pictures handy? It looks like your dropbox pictures expired. I'd like to pass these along to the proper people.

                  Yes, I'm having the same problem using Windows 7 64bit and Chrome. It works by doing a browser refresh every time but it opens up blank initially. Works fine using IE or Firefox. Don't think I've tried it with Safari?

                    Refresh does nothing for me, sometimes it gives me a pice of the scrolling banner but not movie posters.

                      Safari is even worse than Chrome when trying to see your movies as I just tried it.

                        How in the world do i upload a photo on here??! I did insert img and attachment but i get the red exclamation point and it doesnt go through. Its only a 109kb screenshot.

                          Hi there!
                          I'm new to this and I have tried several options. But first the problem My Husband purchased the new season of The Walking Dead for me last night at walmart for a Mother's Day gift. I immediately typed in the address that was included in the dvd case which was www.vudu.com/preorder/thewalkingdeads3 and then all I got was the vudu screen with the menu bar on top (vudu, Watch Movies, Devices, Support, Disc to Digital) and the links on the bottom and a blank background in between. I then tried to register to see if maybe that would fix the issue but as I tried to click sign in it wouldn't even ackowledge that I even clicked the button it just set at the registration page. I tried on various occasions thinking the website might be having maintenance issues, again nothing (all steps repeated above.) I even tried the support page and I got a blank screen. I closed my browser restarted my pc (I'm using windows 7 and Internet Explorer the most recent updates on both.) Then I tried the same process on my Wii and I finally got enter redemption code box I typed in the code and AGAIN I GOT THE SAME PAGE. menu at the top, links on the bottom nothing in between. This afternoon I decided to google the support and finally came across the forums and decided to try and post a thread regarding this issue but you need to be a member to post anything but as I said before I CAN'T REGISTER! ironic isn't it? Through some miracle I was able to find a different registration page after I tried to sign in with my log in info, thinking maybe my info went through and I'm just being dumb and it said I wasn't registered but I could register through that page...finally I got registered! Now AGAIN I've tried to get my digital copy of my purchase and again BLANK HOME PAGE... What's going on??? If someone can please give me some advice I'd appreciate it If I'm doing something wrong Please tell me so I can admit internet failure and fix the issue. Thanks in advance.

                              Did anyone ever find a fix this ? It's happening to me on several machines in both chrome and Internet Explorer. I can provide screen shots if needed.

                                Can you make sure that the zoom on your browser is set to 100%, having it on different values seems to make our website not show up properly.
