    Thanks.

I don't think that's the case. The last time I connected a new device it said I had to many and needed to log into the website from a computer and unlink some devices and then go back to the device to add the new device (real annoying BTW).

When I went into the manage devices there was my work computer, and two home computers all listed as managed devices ! ? ! ? !

Do you have VUDU-To-Go installed on your work computer, and your two home computers?

I view VUDU on a half dozen PC's that never show up in my devices. They don't have VUDU-2-GO.

Actually I don't, especially the work computer since it's locked down and I can't load any software on it. I just play movies from the web. I figured it was tracking the computers. It makes sense if that was the case since otherwise you could share your id with multiple people who could all watch your My Movies anywhere. It sounds like you're saying thats not the case. It has been my experience though.

I do access web movies and forum from all of them. If it makes any difference.

Re: DO NOT UNLINK ULTRAVIOLET! IT'S GLITCHED!

I read the OP and saw the problem, but I didn't read any of the other posts so I'm sorry if this has already been said.

I un-linked my main Vudu account from my UV account and because I had two other UV accounts linked to some UV sub-accounts, I was not able to re-link my main Vudu account. I was, however, able to link my main Vudu account to a generic UV account and then merge the two UV accounts together.

          Have you tried this?

Re: DO NOT UNLINK ULTRAVIOLET! IT'S GLITCHED!

I did the same thing, unlink and relink, but little did I know, once you do this 2 or 3 times your stuff gets doubled or tripled in your ultraviolet account depending on how many times you have unlinked and relinked. So since mine is tripled
I'm assuming I have done it 3 times.

Now not all of them are tripled, but most of them are so check your UV account movie collection to see if you too see the same bug. In this case I believe that when you unlink and relink it is copying the movies you had. Which in return over loading the data in your account not allowing you to see all your movies
B/c of this I have a total of 368 movies when I'm suppose to have 184 movies total.

If you email UV contacts to let them know you have doubled or tripled movies, it will let them know that you have a problem and it will be put in the records even though you are probably talking to a machine rather than a person.

So email them your problem and it will be looked over. I hope for the best for all of you who is having the same difficulties.

No, this is not due to unlinking and then relinking. I have movies that show up multiple times and I've never unlinked my UV account. This is a problem with the UV site that has been happening since around the beginning of November 2013.

Oh i do believe you are right. How ever i don't remember having more than 2, But still this is an issue no matter what.
Even if it was not from unlinking and relinking it is still overloaded data that keeps pilling up to the point where some people like craiggers88 can't get all of his movies, soooo therefore his account is overloaded and can't receive all his movies.

The reason why i was unlinking and relinking was because i could not figure out why i could see my Mom's Collection, but Mom can not see my collection. We are both Full members, why? I still don't understand. Right now I am getting frustrated with this $@#% computer e-mails that I am getting left and right from UV, I want to speak to a live agent on the phone for UV issues.

I'm not saying that this is the case, I have a good idea that this might solve his issue. There might be other bugs that might be keeping him from receiving his entire collection.

Trial and error is all i can say.
