Can't Access Some Vudu Movies in Flixster

I can't access some titles in my Vudu account on Flixster. It's been like this since I first signed up a long, long time ago. I contacted customer service for Vudu, Flixster, and UltraViolet and everyone keeps pointing the finger at each other as to who can fix my account.

Without my Vudu titles not linked in to my Flixster I can't really enjoy any of them. What else can I do to get them to show up in there?

The question is a bit vague. This is highly dependent on which movies do not show up.

Step 1: Verify that they are listed as UV on Vudu.
Step 2: Go to uvvu.com and confirm that they show in your UV account.
Step 3: Confirm that the titles are available on Flixster, they may still lack authority to show movies from some studios (been a while since I went on Flixster).

If you've already done these steps I don't know what to tell ya other than keep bugging support until they fix it.

I've done all that. They are in Vudu and in my UV account. And they're all available on Flixster.

I've seen other threads on this forum with people complaining and getting the attention of someone who can help so this is really my last resort. I've been trying for a long time to get this fixed.

I'm missing everything that I've added to Vudu, whereas if I've added titles through Flixster they show up.

      These are my titles missing:

      Behind Enemy Lines
      Big Trouble in Little China
      Fast Five
      Never Been Kissed
      The Producers
      Psycho
      The Siege
      Valentine's Day
      Wrong Turn 2

Some of these I've paid for with the Disc-to-Digital service so it's disappointing.

I've verified that all of these movies are good from our side. You might want to contact Flixster to have them check their ALIDS for these movies. There is a possibility that Flixster does not have these movies on their end at all.

I've used VUDU disc to digital for Behind Enemy Lines, The Siege. Also I've redeemed Fast Five through VUDU. All three titles show in Flixster.

Thank you for your assistance. I have contacted Flixster a second time, and their reply was that all of these titles are available on Flixster but since this is specifically linked to movies redeemed through Vudu that it is not their issue.

They once again told me to contact you guys, so I did. Your reply to me was that it was a Flixster issue, and to contact them. Aargh!

So nobody knows who can fix what. Can this issue be looked at further? What can I do? Open a third ticket with each party? This is getting a bit ridiculous.

The basic way UV works is you buy/redeem from a retailer, that retailer uploads your title(s) to UV, and other retailers/streaming providers can access UV to get your rights to use on their services.

Hate to bounce you back to Flixster once again, but the fact is you redeemed them on VUDU and they show up *in* your UV account (not to mention other customers have done the same and see them on Flixster), so that by definition means VUDU successfully imported them into your UV account, and it's now up to Flixster to use that information.

Maybe send Flixster support a screen shot of the titles in your UV account to prove it to them?
