Firstly - there should be a section dedicated for VUDUToGO.
I can't get VTG to work. Think of my disappointment when I download 2 movies to travel with and can't watch them on the airplane or hotel or elsewhere.
I installed VTG and downloaded 2 movies 2 days ago.
Somehow my VTG desktop icon was missing.
Tried to re-download VTG from internet and says I need Adobe Flash.
Flash kept failing saying I needed to close IE. Closed IE and still failed.
Try to re-download VTG and now says "already installed".
Found VTG application under Program Files (x86).
Put VTG icon shortcut back on desktop.
Open VTG and says I need Adobe Air update. (Should have updated when first install 2 days ago.)
Downloaded Air twice. It would reset back to version 1.7 after reboot.
Try to play a movie and all it does it buffer. Why would a movie on my HDD need to buffer?
Hooked my PC to the Hotel HDTV via HDMI and would get HDCP error.
Removed HDMI to see if movie would play on PC and still just buffering.
One movie would still give me a HDCP error with no HDMI cable attached.
Keep getting "VUDUToGO.exe has stopped working".
Searching this forum and internet for help - find something about disabling BIOS Speedstep with no instructions on how to do this here - http://vudu.custhelp.com/app/answers...dows-laptop%3F
How do I remove VTG and re-download from fresh? It is not listed in Control Panel/Uninstall Programs.
ALL I WANT TO DO IS WATCH A FREAKING MOVIE! SPENT ALL MORNING ON MY VACATION WORKING ON THIS!
