I, too, was not able to redeem through Vudu but got what I needed through Flixster using their Live Chat. It's a shame that Vudu is not able to offer the same level of customer service. I will be using Flixster whenever possible in the future, and I would advise everyone else to do the same. Here's the transcript of me with the Live Chat representative:

[10:23 AM] Marie: Thank you for contacting Flixster Customer Care for UltraViolet. How can we help you today?
[10:25 AM] Nathan: I'm trying to redeem my code for Texas Chainsaw. The site on the slip in the DVD says to use Vudu but Vudu is being pretty terrible and not redeeming anyone's codes, from what I've heard online. I'm trying to redeem it through you guys, but it won't work here, either.
[10:25 AM] Nathan: Someone online said to use your live help, though, so here i am.
[10:26 AM] Marie: Alright, thank you for contacting us. One moment please while I look into your account.
[10:29 AM] Marie: Ok, I have gone ahead and added Texas Chainsaw 3D to your Flixster Collection. If you refresh your Collection page the movie should now be available.
[10:30 AM] Nathan: Thank you!!!! May I advise other people on the movie forum I belong to to come and talk to your live chat to fix their problem?
          [10:30 AM] Marie: Sure!
[10:30 AM] Marie: Is there anything else I can do for you today?
[10:31 AM] Nathan: nope, that's it. Seriously, thank you. You're a lifesaver!
[10:32 AM] Marie: You're very welcome! Have a great day!
          [10:32 AM] Nathan: You too!

Same here... code invalid. Hopefully Vudu will have this straightened out soon.

                  Re: Texas Chainsaw

Just redeemed my copy of Texas Chainsaw 3d through flixster and it redeemed SD. Any one else have this issue?
9 times out of 10 it is better to redeem through flixster I am told and this time didn't work well for me.

I will try to contact flixster and VUDU and see what can be done. Be careful when redeeming too. I would use VUDU on this one.
