    Hello Jwilliamswku,

I just checked playback for this movie on a few different devices, and i'm able to hear audio. Please give us a call at (888)554-VUDU if you're still encountering the issue.

Re: No sound on LEGION HDX

Played with my setup again before calling customer service and found that Many of my movies had missing sound, such as don't be afraid the the dark, the hobbit, legion, the 4th kind, super 8, and others....but I also found out what the culprit was.

On my Roku device under audio you have a selection for stereo and another for surround sound. Since I have my sound going through an lg home theatre surround sound system i put the roku selection to surround sound. This was the culprit. If you put the roku selection to surround sound many of the movies sound would dissapear and you couldnt hear anything. If you change it back to Stereo, then go back to the Vudu app, the sound magically comes back when trying the watch your movies.

SO big problem between roku and Vudu. Hope this information helps someone else out there.

It's a Roku issue since it cannot decode DD+. Therefore stereo must be selected in order to hear the audio.

Roku can't decode DD+ put it can certainly pass it through. However, the receiver has to be capable of decoding DD+ and in this case it sounds like that isn't the case.
