Keep getting the run-around when trying to get reimbursed credit...

I did a D2D order the other day of 11 Blurays, 4 of which read as DVDs for some reason, so instead of charging me $1.00 per HDX transfer, it charged me $2.50 for each. So an extra $6.00 of credit I shouldn't of had to spend, but I finished the order anyways because I had enough credit to cover the $17.00 total, and figured VUDU would reimburse me the credit.

Well I emailed the first time, sending in 4 clear pictures of the Bluray cases so they could see proof. Well the guy was confused as to what I wrote, so I emailed again with a descriptive explanation of the ENTIRE order and what should have happened. He said he understood but would have to take it to VUDU's "next tier" of technical support for investigation, and he couldn't refund or add credit to my account.

I really don't see how this is a problem...the same thing happened the other day when I D2D 14 Blurays, and 2 of them read as DVDs. I simply made a support ticket, attached photos, and the first reply I get is "we're sorry for that inconvenience. I have added $3 back to your VUDU credit. Thank you!"

Like...it's not that hard. I just want my $6.00 credit back lol

Sort of the same thing happened to me when I converted my last 48 movies but I went to the store because the VuduToGo application was not correctly recognizing the movies. For some reason 3 of the movies were not in the system as blu-rays so I had to pay the $5.00 upgrade price. The 4th movie correctly identified as blu-ray for $2.00 but after adding it to the cart, the price changed to $5.00. I ended up calling tech support and the 1st level was able to give me a $3.00 credit. I didn't ask for credit for the other 3 because they were never identified as blu-ray to HDX in the first place even though they should have been. My point is that you might have been better off calling instead of emailing to get your credit.
