Playback issues with anything but SD quality on Vudu to go

I first tried this service's 'to go' application out on my PC when I got "The Hobbit" on bluray. I don't have a player on my PC yet so I downloaded the HD and HDX versions onto my computer to see which one played better on my system. (My monitor is slightly larger than my TV, and I have 7.1 surround headset as well.) I've noticed on every HD movie I've tried on the Vudu player (Hobbit and Pacific Rim, which the latter has more than just this issue) that the image looks bad, like it's not being displayed properly. It's really hard to explain, but I managed to capture the effect in a screen. Sorry for the size, it's at my native 1600x900. It's hard to notice in a still shot but I'll do what I can to explain it below.

If you look at the one edge of the scroll in the upper left of the chest, as well as on the decorations on Sting, especially near the pommel, you will see the lines aren't smooth, almost pixelated and wavy, the effect, when seen in motion is really distracting and makes the whole image look like it's being resized improperly. It happens on HD and HDX, and to make matters worse, the videos (again HD and HDX) are usually jittery and the sound gets static clicks because of it. I find it odd I have this problem since I have other HD movies on my hard disk, one weighing in at 11 GIGs for a single MKV file, and they run perfectly smooth with absolutely no problem.

I have yet to be won over by Vudu, and so far I've been pushed more away from the service because of this.

I've only downloaded SD movies to my PC because I will watch the higher resolution movies on my TV. BTW, the picture you attached is broken (at least for me).
