    eGift Problems and couldn't get help when trying to call customer support

    So each week my girlfriend tries to egift me the new episode of vikings season 2 and about 20% of the time I will receive the egift email confirmation almost instantly. But the rest of the time she will send the egifted episode and I will never receive it even though it tells her that it was sent to my correct email. After trying to re-send the gifted episode 10-20 times over the course of 3-5 days I finally get the egift. So I am wondering if anyone else ever has this problem or knows how to fix it because this is getting very old and annoying. I tried calling vudu customer support for this problem and was put on hold for 45 min.

    Also my second question to the Vudu community is this. In response to my girlfriend sending me episodes of season 2 of Vikings I started egifting her episodes of season 1, which she would just redeem on my account since that is the account linked to my xbox where we watch all of our content. But after trying to send her a few episodes I ran into the same problem mentioned above so I went ahead and bought all of season 1. Is there any way to get a refund or credit for the single episodes I bought before buying the season as a whole? Once again I tried to call the customer service line but after 30 min of being on hold the representative answered and then immediately hung up on me.

    I've had that same eGift delay happen to me a few times (it arrived about 14 hours after my wife sent it, in the longest delay). I believe Vudu has had some technical difficulties lately for some people, may be a server issue, or an app/web issue.

    As for your duplicate episode issue, track down Daniel H--he's a moderator here and may be able to provide some assistance.

        Yes I had the same problem last night and today. It took 3 TIMES to get the egift to show up in my girlfriends email
        inbox. ANNOYING..... Now she has to go get an ultraviolet acct too, so I'm sure that will be daunting
        after the "I promise I sent you something" routine 3 TIMES OVER!
