The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     Sony Pictures movies no appearing on VUDU

    My Sony account is linked to my VUDU account yet none of the movies on my Sony account appear on VUDU account. If they are unavailable to VUDU, whats the point of linking to VUDU seeing as how 100% of my movies in the Sony library do not appear in VUDU.

    Your Sony and VUDU accounts are linked to the same UV library?

      I just had the same problem. The sony account is just for reward points for buying their movies and as far as I can tell you can't link it to UV or Vudu. I use Vudu for all my streaming movies and have it linked to my UltraViolet account. I've never had a problem. I went to Vudu and selected "redeem UV code" but it said invalid, so I went directly to the UV page to redeem there. Got it no problem but when I went back to Vudu it is not showing up. Not sure what the problem is. Anyone?

        I assume you are referring to Sonypicturestore and not sonyrewards. They are different and not directly linked.
        Sony does not link directly to Vudu, they both link to Uvvu.com and transfer movies through that backend.
        Do you have the same UV account for Sony and Vudu?
        Are your Sony movies in your UV account and are your Vudu movies in the same account?
        Did either Sony or Vudu get unlinked from your UV account?

          Sonypicturestore is a UV store front and is different from Sonyrewards.

          Movies don't actually redeem on myuv.com, where did it send you to redeem your code?

            Just noticed some of my Sony titles are missing. This morning I added (Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk) and all was fine. Now it's not showing here at Vudu along with others such as (Passengers, The Shallows, Hancock, Inferno, The Magnificent Seven, Ghostbusters) just to name a few. These are all UHD accept for The Shallows. What happened? Where did they go? Anyone else experiencing this same type of issue?

              I just noticed this too. Not all, but many sony titles missing. For example, Karate Kid II and III. These titles are still in my UV library, they are just not appearing on VUDU. They literally just disappeared. Is there an estimated time on this fix???? Please respond

              They were there yesterday. It is today that it just happened (3/30/17)

                I, too, seem to be having this issue. I'm not completely certain its just Sony movies either. All I know is I logged into Vudu today and it says I have 537 movies when the other day I had 613. Hope they figure it out!

                  Just confirmed...some of my Flixster account movies are missing as well. Both Flixster and Sonypictures are linked, so that's not the issue.

                    Same. Yesterday I had 521 movies and now it's only showing 498. I hope this gets fixed soon. I'm also missing some of my TV series (that are still in my UV Library but not showing up in VUDU)

                      UV was having issues but they have fixed the problem. Should be back to normal now. May take a while for all missing movies to sync back into your accounts.

                        Thanks for the update FelipeF! So far none of the before mentioned titles have returned. Nerves are on HIGH at the moment. If something changes here soon on my end, I'll repost the results. Thanks again!

                          Check again...

                          For others, you might need to relink your UV accounts to Vudu again. Looks like this "bug" unlinked some accounts in the process.

                              No change for me so far, still missing about 80 movies and a dozen shows. I unlinked and relinked all my accounts at UV, so we will see if anything changes
